I asked them about a food product that I've never seen on menu... Which to me was new on the menu and it happened to be a chicken fajita.!🥙 And they kept on asking me about what I'm saying!🤬.. And the manager was so damn mean he was telling me.. he couldn't understand me because of my language!!!🤬Really!??? That is called.. 👉" HATE SPEECH! "👈 And that is totally illegal and against the law in Arizona.. And both of the workers who were there were so ignorant and they couldn't understand what I'm saying at the .. 👉 " drive through "👈 I believe the girl at the window her name was..." aracelli"🤔 I hope I got her name correct?.. I approached the window very calm in a professional manner... And I asked araceli ... "what was the communication issue.?" And she almost told me... " she couldn't understand me because of the way I was talking!"..👎😵😱 AGAIN...HATE SPEECH!!!🤬 Because of the way my professional matter is.. I talked to the manager about his conversation with me at the drive through... And he actually apologized to me in a professional manner like he should!!!..I DON'T DESERVE THIS BEHAVIOR FROM.." ANY" EMPLOYEES.!! OR...ESPECIALLY..FROM A YOUNGER ..EMPLOYEE..WHO HAS A .. 👉 " PROFESSIONAL "👈 JOB AT A .. MAJOR FAST FOOD RESTAURANT!! Araceli...actually apologized to me because she is a young girl talking to a professional 54 year old man.!!😁 And I actually got the chicken fajita that I wanted to with 2 sides of salsa the aristelli suggested to me.👍 IM NOT LOOKING FOR HER TO GET FIRED...BUT HER MANAGER NEEDS TO HAVE A MOST.. " SERIOUS " DISSCUSSION WITH HER ABOUT..PROFESSIONALISM.. WITH ..ANY CUSTOMERS EVER AT THE WINDOW! Just so you know... I am the customer... And I don't work for you! 😉LOL.👍 A customer should be treated the way they need to be treated with professionalism and.. honor..😁🤨 PS.. It's very important to get the receipt paper fixed so that anybody who wants thier.." RECEIPT "..is allowed to have that receipt no matter what the reason!..AND THE YOUNGER BOY TOLD ME.. IT'S .." BROKEN!" AND WE DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT???..THIS IS SO WRONG!! And no one was there to fix it because they said the manager wasn't there! That is no damn excuse!... All of your employees should be trained on how to fix a simple...RECEIPT..paper machine no matter what the reason.. I hope next time when I come to this restaurant... I get a better and a more professional staff who knows how to take care of a customer before they leave them a bad review like I did LOL🤣👍😁

Too bad I can't rate them zero stars! I went here to pick up some lunch for a friend. I decided to walk in instead of going through the drive thru. As I parked, I noticed 5 or 6 homely looking people- who appeared to be loitering (they did not have and Jack in the Box food or drinks) 3 feet from the doorway (they were on the restaurant walkway). My daughter and I had to walk around this group of people in parking spaces, just to get inside. As we walked in, we were smacked in the face with a sewage smell! It so was horrible. There was one woman a register, with no customers in front of her. So, we walked up to her to place our order. She saw us walk up to her and she didn't smile or even greet us. It was kinda awkward once I stood in front of her... I asked her if I could order. She didn't reply, but she did nod her head "yes". I ordered, she told me the amount due, I swiped my card, and she placed a cup on the counter. After I picked up the cup, my daughter rubbed her head like she was getting a headache. I asked her if she was okay and she said the smell is bothering her. I asked the almost mute worker, who took our order- if someone could check to see where that smell was coming from (kinda hoping a plumber was on the way). She sniffed the air (including two deep breaths) and said "ya, the bathroom gets bad sometimes". Her response was so awkward, I said "ok" and walked away to wait for my order. Another worker soon called our number on our receipt and gave us the meal. Once we opened the exit door of the restaurant, we had hoped to breathe some fresh of air... but, no. The same group of people blocking the walkway - we're now smoking weed openly. My daughter and I once again had to walk through parking spaces, to get to our car.

For being someone who used to work at jack in the box, you would expect alot more courtesy and accuracy on your orders everyday as a regular customer. Hire someone new that's actually polite for your morning shift, Jennifer seems to always have a attitude cuz she has to step away from her cellphone to take an order. Attitude from the time she takes your order (especially if you wait to see your order correct on the monitor) til you get out the drive thru. I understand the job gets frustrating but if a customer is being polite when you clearly have an attitude CHECK YOURSELF or find a new job you can mentally handle. Also, don't ask for anything special on your order either cuz they'll do the opposite on purpose, I ask for a chicken sandwich easy mayo and they FLOOD my sandwich with mayo (for the 3rd time) everytime I ask for easy mayo they always add EXTRA. Photos below are 2 separate times I asked for EASY mayo..

For being someone who used to work at jack in the box, you would expect alot more courtesy and accuracy on your orders everyday as a regular customer. If I could I would rate 0. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting at the front counter for 20 to 30mins waiting to get served. They saw me at the front counter waiting but did not come up to me. When they did come up to me it was very poor customer service from 3 people including the manager. When I did place my order which was 3 Taco's and a medium drink I waited another 20mins+ mean while as I'm waiting for my order at the front I could hear them laughing. Total wait time was 1 hour and 50mins+ the first cashier was very rude like she was having a bad day or something. Don't come here those girls that work there are probably all related and are very poor in customer service. It was very bad. They treat people very poorly here especially Americans I'm never going there again. It was terrible!!!

05/12/21 Update drive-thru went there again this time hoping it was a lot better boy I was wrong it was worse then going inside. The guy who took my order sounded like he hates his job I told him 3 tacos med drink and mini bits mac and cheese he repeated my order he said 3 tacos and meds drink that was it he then gave me my total then I tried to get him back waiting on a response through the intercom so I went straight to the drive-thru window okay now explain to them what happened that the guy left out one order then they got upset with me when I told him what happened manager didn't care after I explain to him what happened told him the guy was kind of rude and didn't take my order correctly. manager didn't care instead of getting mad at his worker he got mad at me and said I refuse your service I said okay no problem. wasn't asking for anything free I was trying to get anything for free I work for a living and I make money the guy was just rude and didn't take my order correctly. I tried to explain this to the manager but he refuse to hear me out on how bad his employee rude with me. So yes stay away from this place it's horrible trust me I don't want this happening to anybody this place needs to be shut down I know how rude their service is stay away from this place stay away stay away from this place please trust me you'll be glad you did peace for now...
