Went in for a fill. Had a picture of what I wanted. He was leaning towards a pink glitter so I picked a pretty pink color. He put the glitter on the wrong nail and ended up doing three coats of the pink so I said never mind on the design. I didnt have time to walk him through it. The three coats of gel polish made them really thick. He didnt get the polish down to the base, over painted on some sides, and under painted on other sides. There are bubbles in the polish and they just look sloppy. They look like I did them myself instead of paying $30 for someone else to do them. I had to get to a 2pm appointment and came back after, around 2:45pm. I walked in and explained that I didnt like them at all and wanted to know if they would charge me to fix them or just take them off completely. He kept saying how he had to do 3 coats because it was a light color and a new color. So I'll pick a different color. Then he said of course if I pick at them they're going to chip. I told him they were not peeling because I picked at them they're peeling because of how they were painted. He started to take the polish off one nail and then tells me that it will be $10 for the polish change! I told him to stop because if I'm going to pay for them to be done again I'm just going to go somewhere else. I've never been to a nail salon that not only wont acknowledge that they could have done better, but will charge you to fix their mistakes. The place seems relatively clean. It is pretty inside. The prices are cheap. But I guess you get what...

I decided to give this place a try being that its new and all, however that was a huge mistake! first of all the guy who did my nails(he sits in the first chair on the right) rushed through the enitre process, in total it took him about 20 minutes from start to finish. If i am paying over $70 for nails i expect a certain amount of dedication to ensure that I will love my nails. He did nothing to prep my nails for the acrylic, at the most he quickly filed my nails, then after cutting the fake nail he did not check to make sure they where all the same size. I told him I wanted COFFIN shape, they are a very sloppy coffin shape, some are more shaped then others, and then the icing on the cake, my gel polish was bubbly. I figured I was just being too critical and so I decided to leave because I was already late for work. I went back on Sunady (2 days later), they did not want to accept that THEY did a sloppy job, the guy was trying to say I RUINED MY OWN POLISH! he absolutely did not apoligize for being lazy, he instead became offensive and told me that next time I need to tell them before I leave, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS NAIL SALON, AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Came here for gel dipped nails and walked out with thick acrylic nails. I rarely pamper myself but I came in on Saturday with a picture of yellow dip I’ve had before…a younger girl assisted me where she messed up my shape and they looked horrible! I’ll add pictures. I called and they told me to come in and they would fix it . As Sunday was Mother’s Day I can in Monday morning ! Where another tech offered to fix my nails … she took the coating off and proceeded to add 2 more layers of dip on to my fingers…so now I have 4 layers of dip on them ! When i said something about it I received a attitude and being talked about in Chinese. She continued to do my nails and kept casting blame on the first rep saying “she just here to fix it “ I advised her how they worst as they were bulkier and still poorly shaped … instead of fixing them I received a attitude and being yelled at .I was respectful and told her that they didn’t look right and considering I paid 112.00 Sunday I expected them to look decent ! Instead of that I got trespass as I called the police due to being yelled at and disrespected and refused to help or give my money back .i will never come back and unfortunately it’s a hit and miss situation !!!
