Julioberto's Fresh Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

Was working on that side of town last night and craving my usual Number 20 with a chicken burrito instead of beef, typically this is where it all goes wrong. A Number 20 is a Burrito with a cheese enchilada and rice and beans, although believe or not I've come home from the Juliobertos near my house with a beef burrito and a taco and no rice or beans. But at this location she made sure of what I wanted she even asked if I wanted grilled or shredded chicken I had no idea I could even get grilled chicken, I simply stuck to my basics and got the shredded chicken, service was fairly quick for 8pm on a Wednesday in and out 7 minutes tops. I noticed something right away when she handed me the bag it was significantly heavier, so I pondered the fact that I probably got the wrong order again. As I arrive at home and open the styrofoam container I am delighted with scents of melty cheese and various spices, and see that this presentation is actually really well down the rice is seperated from the beans via the burrito and enchilada takes its own spot at the very bottom as not to disturb the burrito or rice and beans, I then douce the entire dish in green sauce that had been supplied to me and begin to eat. First I will say I had no high hopes although excited that I had a fairly large burrito and larger portions than the location near my house, but as I took that first bite of rice it was unbelievably better!! I then journeyed to the enchilada which the cheese was melted all the way through, the burrito although large was put together excelently and the tortilla was buttery soft, beans although only beans seemed seasoned more and had a great smoky flavor which competed the dish, I will say I will start making the drive to this juliobertos if that's how my simple Number 20 will come out. I don’t like being hustled or taken advantage of when it comes to money. An older man once told me to watch your money and it will watch you. Best advice ever. Well the lady cashier upsold us and upcharged us on a child’s drink that I didn’t want or ask for. I’m leaving the Children’s Phoenix hospital and just needed to grab something for my 3 year old l. When the cashier decided not to ask me but just charge me for a larger drink. I’m not certain if there is a soft sales requirement to sale so much but I will not be back ever. I mean who does that? Others must not have noticed because she was too comfortable when explaining what she did as if it was nothing. It was deceitful. Plus my tot doesn’t need a 24/32oz drink. She refunded the money but not the tax. We had to ask for the tax back. If I gave up the upcharge amount 5 times a day for an entire year then I would have given up 1989.25. I went to Julioberto’s instead of Filiberto’s which was just up the street because I lived nearby 3-4 years ago and the food was good and reliable, there use to be a lady working the window at night before. I went tonight and asking for fry’s with no meat only extra guac, cheese, and sour cream. Of course they put meat on it but even before that the guys working the window was a jerk. I got to the speaker to order and waited for about 10 minutes and then I thought maybe he didn’t see me pull up and so I started to order and the guys come on the speaker and says “You can wait, I’m not ready. That’s why I wasn’t talking to you yet” I waited another 5-10 minutes and he finally took my order, wrong. Terrible service, food, and customer service as they won’t even answer your call.
