Attn: Regional Manager -Maggie Guerra, 1st, I loved the atmosphere when I walked in and felt like this would be a nice little dinner experience for my kid and I. 2nd, I like the convenience of ordering through my app sometimes as to avoid potentially less than satisfactory service. 3rd, When we entered this location we were not greeted by anyone (not that it's expected because this isn't a restaurant, but sheesh...say hello or something). We sat down for about 10 before we even saw an employee. On the app I selected the "bring to your table" option because I am disabled and just thought that was a neat option they offered. When it was ready, a short gentleman with glasses and dark hair called out our order number. I sat still for a second thinking he may just want to see who it's for before he walks over. Nope. He stood there and waited for me. So, I stood up (in pain. Remember, disabled) and hobbled to the counter. I asked if they're not delivering to tables. He responds ver batim, "it's hard to see the numbers on the tables. So we don't know who to take it to". WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE DINING AREA. THE ONLY CUSTOMERS, PERIOD. So I expressed that. "Well, we're the only ones here." And after our short exchange and I reach for the bag, he reaches for drinks with an attitude. I expressed that the customer service was trash and he could do better. He then slams the mcflurry on our table (towards my child), she said this startled her and made her uncomfortable. Then I handed him the number that was on the table from, I'm assuming, the previous customer. One of the numbers that tells the employees which dine in customer to TAKE THE ORDER TO. I then said they clearly had their meal brought to them. And he snatches it and slams it down where they belonged. I'm very uncomfortable and feel very disrespected. I went up to ask for his name and could hear him in the back expressing his disdain towards the situation with his co workers. I tried getting the regional managers information but the phone number is obstructed by a sticker that I'm sure they placed there as to avoid complaints to her. Well, Maggie, I really hope this young man receives some sort of reprimand and sensitivity training toward the disabled going forward. Because this encounter was...
Read moreI waited in the drive thru line for almost an hour I got there at 4:50 and got my food at 5:31 and only after almost being interrogated about my order. I placed my order to pick up in the parking spot when I got there I was trying to check in the spot I parked in and the app froze and I had to get back on and when I did it didn't let me chose a parking spot so I had to go through the drive though. That's where I waited over half an hour before I got to the window, I had to show them the receipt on my phone atleast 3 times and I verbally confirmed the order as well when I got to the window, when they finally gave me my food the soda was watered down with no ice so I asked to get a fresh one and she took it took forever to come back and I'm pretty sure she gave me back the same drink because it still had to ice and it tasted watered down at this point I was already done with the whole situation so I decided to just leave it as is and just leave. I'm the end I ended up getting the same food in order because the ticket was taped to the bag with the time stamp, plus it was gross and cold I didn't even end up eating in the end. I am understanding if it's slow and they are maybe short-staffed but it was ridiculous, not once did they apologize for the extremely long wait , also I forgot to mention when I let the person know at the drive thru screen they confirmed that they had my order after I confirmed mine and my mother's name and they had issues with her order as well. I am not sure I will be back to this location in a long while, unfortunately as its down the street from my home but this location always has issues but this has been the...
Read moreDuring my visit, another customer parked across the lines and intentionally blocked my vehicle, knowingly preventing me from leaving. Both the driver and passenger exited their car, approached us aggressively, and made me feel unsafe. One even had to fold in their mirror and climb out the opposite doorclear signs of how badly they were parked.
Despite explaining the situation to the staff, they refused to speak with the people blocking me in. Instead, they told me to back upknowing full well that doing so would likely have caused a collision. For over 15 minutes, I was unable to leave, while being verbally harassed, with no support from staff.
This situation felt like a form of unlawful imprisonment. I was intentionally prevented from leaving the premises without cause, and staff stood by while it happened. It's extremely disappointing that nothing was done to protect customer safety or resolve the situation. I hope McDonald’s takes accountability and trains staff on how to handle threatening encounters like this more appropriately in the future.
If you know these people the police are looking for them. And I hope the worker who refused to help and told us to back up instead of asking them to pull forward or leave first gets a write up, they had their food and would have easily fixed the issue. I will be calling corporate and filing a formal complaint, I have never felt this unsafe in a parking lot. I would love for the Franchisee owner or a general manager to leave their info so I can...
