Terrible place to go . Especially a terrible place to work and I would not recommend it. First of all I'd like to say yes some of the employees but not all are lazy and like to blame each other for something going wrong. They don't like to stock their stations and some hardly ever check the dates on the containers. I personally have found food that was expired! Not 1 day but 3 days old. I've found expired tuna as well! Luckily no one got sick from it atleast that i know of. Nothing is really fresh there for example they serve mac and cheese that has already been preheated and sits there for i dont know how many hours until someone oders one. They hardly clean their stations and some employees don't use anything underneath the stations to build your food which is gross why can't you build on The paper like you're asked!? The bagels are very hard in the evening because they've been sitting there since 3am! The management is terrible ! Especially from the GM . She acts all innocent but once you do something wrong she threatens you and then goes and denies it to others. She treats her employees like slaves as if they didn't have lives of their own. Then she complains about people getting over time! Well Some employees wouldn't get over time if they left on time like they asked instead of keeping them there . Some are promised a raise and never get it. They also don't pay some employees the exact hours they make! Who does that?! Let me say the GM is also the one who does the pay checks! I'm glad I quit this horrible job while I could. Yes , I am a pissed off employee giving a bad review because the things they do there are wrong! I promise all of what I said is true even though I'm pretty sure they will deny all of it but I don't care I'm just posting this to warn people ....

I'll just start by saying if you value your time and money do not order from here.
My boyfriend ordered ahead of me...an ice tea and a smoothie.(We could see atleast 6 people working and 1 on break) after people kept getting their food in front of him (including me and I ordered a whole meal with a sandwich and a salad) we asked politely and the lady pointed to a girl filling up a soda and told us she was doing it...she wasn't doing it...we then waited another minute and as he was about to asked again...the next lady just glared at my boyfriend and walked into the back not saying a word.
After a few more minutes the poor girl who was on her break came back on and kindly made the smoothie....unfortunately it just tasted like plain yogurt. You could not taste anyyyy fruit. So glad we waited.
After we got his smoothie and left to sit down to eat...I opened up my box so excited to eat my 14$$$$ turkey and caramlized kale panini sandwich and apparently at the cafe in sky harbor airport...14$ only buys you two bits of turkey about as big as half of a piece of lunch meat (generic circlular lunch meat)...and that is the pieces put together...and just about as thin as lunch meat. My kale looks like it was boiled about 2 days ago (not carmalized)...And as far as the actual panini goes....imagine when you eat a pice of week old pizza and the crust is weirdly chewy....that's what it was like...and not in a good way...
I hope this review saves at least one person from...
Read moreWe chose Panera Bread because we had an early flight and wanted something that vaguely resembled breakfast. It was located on a completely different concourse, and at the far end of it. I ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches in a bread wrap. The place was busy and I waited longer than I expected. I was concerned because of the long walk back to the proper concourse, but there were no acceptable food choices on my concourse. I also ordered 2 chocolate chips cookies, because who doesn't need a chocolate fix before 6 a.m.? The order came, but she forgot the cookies, which I prepaid. She brought them out, but with no apologies or anything. I was glad I checked before leaving the counter. This is not acceptable service, even if the place is busy. And it was expensive. Also if you have salt issues, this item is not for you. This person was not enjoying her job and it was reflected in her service. For the record, her name was Gladys.
The top of the check says 'Accuracy is important. If your order is not right, please let a manager know.' Others must have had this problem for them to print this here. OK Manager, here's your notice. Terminal Three doesn't have lots of good food choices, but Panera Bread is not gonna...
