Wildflower — Restaurant in Phoenix

This place was right next to my gate, so I decided to grab some lunch. I ordered the vegetable quinoa salad and a latte. It wasn’t busy at all at the time I ordered then people started coming after me. I was standing there for about 10 minutes and everyone that was after me received their food and drinks. She finally came up to me and asked if I wanted a different dressing, out of 3 options that didn’t go with the salad at all. So I asked if I could change the salad. She gave me a dirty look for asking that, but said yes. I then got my salad 10 minutes after that. She then came back asking what latte I got. I finished my meal and still was watching everyone else getting their drinks and lattes. I went up to her because it was getting close to my flight. I told her that I might miss it. When I was in there a young man came in for an interview and the manager started yelling at him just because the kid was upset and asked why he wasn’t notified not to come in since the position was filled. Any person would be upset and want to know why they couldn’t call and cancel as this is a waste of the persons time and gas. To top it off the manager caused a scene yelling that he was going to call the cops if he didn’t leave. I guess the power trip manager doesn’t like his authority questioned. Im sorry but that’s not the way people should handle themselves in a management position! Causing a scene trying to embarrass this young man does not make you look like the professional your supposed to be in this role. Whatever happened to lead by example, professional management? Falsely advertised kids meals for breakfast egg and cheese sandwich as coming with fruit and cookie and even online with milk as well. It was a small scrambled egg with no cheese and burned bread that tasted terrible. Couldn’t even eat it. The staff came and told me after waiting for a long time and having already paid and told by the cashier that it included all those things that in fact it is only the sandwich. And he maintained that is how it is and he can take the food back and refund me. After waiting 30 minutes for the food I had 4 kids hungry and needing to board the plane so I had to just take it. Finally I came back after seeing the terrible sandwich and complained again and he ultimately refunded me and let us keep the food which was the only positive.
