I will have to say I love little shops like this every time I see one i have to purchase something, earrings, candles whatever. I walked into and began browsing I noticed the woman at the counter was kind of leaning over the side of the counter to break her neck to see what I was doing, I could see her from position I was standing then i turned around to notice the other young lady had her back towards me but her phone was on picture or video mode it was facing me. When she noticed I was staring directly at her she immediately put the phone down and nervously walked towards the counter with a stupid grin on her face. Neither of these women said hello, can I help you nothing. They were just ignorant. This incident occurred 7 January at approximately 745pm my flight was out of gate A10 My flight boarded at 810pm. I could have said alot of things to those women because what they did was offensive and disrespectful but I chose to just leave, not spend a dime and write this review. If this is the way this company chooses to treat their patrons I personally will never go into another...

I am at SkyHarbor location. I have purchased many items of jewlery at this store during my past travels. I just visited this store and ask for assistance to see a square 3 stone earrings that were priced at $243.00. I asked the sales girl what were the 3 stones these earrings are made up of? She replied, " I Do Not Know, I am just starting to learn the jewlery"? The price was certainly not the issue but usually when I have purchased from this very store, the salesperson knows about the jewlery and even writes it down for me when I purchase. My boyfriend bought me two beautifully painted tiles with hummingbirds on them our final day in Phoenix last weekend - at the airport as we were flying home!! They match a hand-painted tile we recently bought together in New Mexico and I love them so much. We had hoped to find something nice to bring home from this trip, but made it all the way to the airport headed home before we did!
