PHX Eats Cafe — Restaurant in Phoenix

Update: Ive come back since my last review and still just as disappointed. The cooks clearly didn’t bother to read my instructions. They left some items out but left others in when instructed to remove them. They did not toss the salad as instructed and didn’t even provide dressing. I used to love this place until their 2 awesome cashiers/workers left. One specific girl with glasses has been their replacement and she’s the ultimate reason I’d rather not eat lunch at all, than to have to have my order taken by her. Not only is she consistent in getting my order wrong (asks if i want onions - i state no - and yet she puts onions in my meal a second after me responding), but she is incredibly unpleasant. She does the bare minimum. When asked for a bag to put burning hot soup in she acts like I’m asking the world of her for doing something that is HER responsibility and easy to do. She’s very sloppy. Looks like she just rolled out of bed and seems to have a constant attitude. Would no longer recommend for anyone to go to phx due to the constant unpleasant experiences she’s caused not just for me but my coworkers as well. Only plus side is the food is good. Usually a 4-star but last 2 times someone been messing up. I think they may have a new cook or something. Tried to email as to not give a bad review but the email provided isn't even working so gotta be heard some how

I don’t know if you guys got a new cook or something but the past two times I’ve ordered something was wrong. The first time my pizza had all the toppings I wanted but was burnt (mostly the crust). The second time I paid for unlimited toppings put my request/special instructions in and asked for 2x pepperoni and 2x bacon along with 1x pineapple to be unlimited toppings. I have normal pepperoni and regular bacon and pineapple which is only 3 toppings so I paid for more but got less. The first time was whatever I let it slide but this time being overcharged...

This place has been a lifesaver for my office catering. They have great quality healthy foods and deliver. I’ve used them several times now and I have nothing but great things to say. The portions are huge and they are always taking special requests. They deliver the food on time whether it’s a dozen boxed lunches or a corporate event spread for 30 people. They add little touches like providing mints and all the paper goods so i never have to stress. The food is always fresh and high quality product. I love the fact that this is a small business and the owners Brad and Kristine always make doing business with them a pleasure. They are so nice and helpful.
