BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Phoenix

So despite asking for the employee's name at closing specifically to write this review I I forgot and so it is a Tuesday the 26th at 6:00 p.m. and closing she was the only employee there huge shout out to this chick for using common sense having some compassion being honest and accommodated based on individual circumstances. I had questions which were answered calmly with a simple description that addressed relevant details. She was kind and present and relatable and informative.. so she fixed me her choice of drink. Of course taking my feedback.. and the tea she made despite my attitude of disappointment expecting what to come. I must say she didn't let it bother her and this drink i know she did so with consideration and wasn't phased with my never satisfied demeanor trying to get shit for free... I was impressed and thankful people like her still live in the world . To use reason . To be present. And have common sense... What a rare find indeed. If these gontonpple who actually care to see change. I recommend taking g notes and creating a future workforce that holds similar ethics and understanding in the work place.

I will never come to this location again. I only came here cause my friend was getting his hair cut next door. My order came to $5.18. I gave the lady a $20. She stood there looking at the money for 3 minutes before she asked if I had another bill. I told her I didn't and she said she couldn't accept it. I go to the car and grab a $10 dollar bill and she took that and apologized for earlier. I wanted to call her every racist name in the book cause I went to another location and used the same 20 I tried to give her and the man took it with no problem. Seriously. Usually only order drinks, which are excellent. This morning I ordered a dozen donut holes, and a single chocolate filled donut, along with an iced coffee. When I got back to my office, I tasted one donut hole, tasted a little like fry oil, and was a little doughy. No big deal, they were for my co-workers anyway. When I bit into the chocolate filled donut, first impression was no chocolate. Second bite was uncooked. I proceeded to "dig" into the donut, and it was literally uncooked in the middle, and contained somewhere between a teaspoon and a tablespoon of filling. Very disappointed, but I'll still always buy their drinks because they're wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE HONEYDEW...
