Greg just helped us buy a house in North Phoenix. From looking for a house to closing, the whole process only took a month thanks to Greg. I found Greg via his YouTube Channel “Living in Phoenix, Arizona”. When we decided to buy a house in Phoenix, I reached out to him and he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to answering questions and providing information/suggestions. Ever since I told Greg that my husband and I would have to travel internationally in a month and would like to find a house within that time frame, it sounded like mission impossible, but not for him. He was fully prepared to help us! He gave us a list of houses to review and took us to see 10 houses on the first day. On the second day, we went back to a couple of houses that we liked and picked the best one that fit our needs. During the closing process, he was our eyes and voice because we live in Los Angeles, and being in a different state made it a challenge to be present for house inspections and buyer walks. We found Greg via his youtube channel as we were looking to purchase in the Phoenix area and what started a simple inquiry to better understand the area quickly evolved into knowing Greg would be the best person to help us accomplish this. He was great at helping us understand different parts of the city while pointing out both positives and negatives as well as where we were most likely to find the combination of parameters we had given him. Being remote, Greg was very gracious to tour and video homes for us that were on the short list. Once we moved to contract, he was open an honest about what was a fair price. He made multiple trips to the home to help us answer questions, shoot specific videos, take measurements, and serve as our eyes on the ground.

Most importantly to us, when Greg said he was going to do something, he always did it when he said he would. He called with every update and at the end of every week to check in, even if there wasn't an update to share. He never left us guessing as to a status of something or to the next step. He's a true professional, while being consultative, calm, and understanding.
