The two stars is only due to the food and service that was provided during the show. The shows themselves were fun and I enjoyed them very much. But I will not be ordering food here again. I went to this establishment twice in one week and the staff had the same issues both nights, with the second night having an additional issue.

So the issues that persisted on both nights are two: food portions and the servers not knowing where to bring the food. I tried three dishes on my visits: Buffalo Bites, Chicken Tenders and the Pepperoni Flatbread. I was told the flatbread fed 4 people, but when I received it, it barely fed 2. My friend and I ended up ordering another dish after because we were still hungry. The Buffalo Bites were terrible....a very small number if them and they were dry and hard. The Chicken Tenders were the only decent meal I had. Ultimately, the prices and portions do not match up. They are expensive dishes for small portions. And during both visits multiple servers had a hard time figuring out where food was supposed to go. They had to ask the customers if they had ordered a certain food.....which lacks professionalism. I am not sure if they are unorganized from a management perspective, but practically all the servers were having this issue.

In addition to all this, there was a bigger issue that occured. My waitress, Veronica, took my credit card to charge (which my friend and I wanted to pay the bill half and half but she never gave us the option and just charged my card in full) and then when she returned to give me the bill, I realized that someone else's card was on my bill. I also realized that she had given me back someone else's card! Since the showroom is so dark, I didn't realize the card had been switched out the moment she gave it back to me. I immediately told the waitress about the mishap and then she tried to take another card from me. I told her that she had already taken one and that she must have given it to someone else. I watched her go to another couple and saw that they had accidentally put my credit card in their wallet while thinking it was theirs (Again, it was dark so I'm sure they did not see it) This was very upsetting because (1) I was being charged for someone else's dinner and (2) they were going to leave with my credit card and I theirs if I had not noticed! I also missed the last portion of the show due to the mishap and trying to figure out where my credit card was.....so that was annoying as well. When I asked to speak to a manager, he was unapologetic and tried to say that usually the wait staff is very detail-oriented and do not make mistakes. Which I know from being there twice in one week that that is not true.

I left very annoyed with waitstaff and management.....but the shows were great! I would recommend going for the show, not the food...

I have been to Rick Bronson’s house of comedy a few times. The comedy is always great and it’s a quaint environment so the seats are good. I expect the food and drink prices to be high and service to be a little slow as everyone is flooding in and ordering at the same time. Those things don’t bother me.

My most recent experience has turned me off from returning to this place. A special ever was being held in February, a roast of hockey player Shane Doan. We are a hockey family and this peaked our interest. I called to inquire about the minimum age limit and was informed it was 16 for the comedy show but 21 for pre and post events. I asked to please verify because my son is 16. The woman confirmed it was 16, so I went ahead and purchased tickets (at $100+ a ticket). On the day of the event, my husband was concerned thinking our son wouldn’t be allowed to enter. I called and inquired again. I was told he would be able to watch the roast. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from the same woman I had spoke to in which she apologized and said the minimum age is not 16. I asked for a refund and she said she would have to talk to her manager who is in a meeting right now and would call me back. I never received that call back that day. I called and left a message within days with no response back. I called a week later and spoke to a woman who would pass my message along to the manager, no response back. I sent an email to the generic company address a few weeks later explaining my situation. Nothing in return. Another week goes by and I send another email and I finally get a return call. A woman stated she would be more than happy to give me a refund. She stated I would get an email through the ticket vendor and should see the money back on the card used within days. I never received the email from the ticket vendor or the money in my account. So now I’m back playing phone tag with the woman who agreed to give the refund. I spoke to her one other time after about two weeks of waiting for a refund. She stated she would have to contact the ticket company and would return my call. That call has never come through. It’s been two months of trying to work this out and I am at the point of throwing my hands in the air. Thankful that some of the money went to...

The good - the headliner was truly outstanding! I haven't laughed that hard in years! The facility was nice. The 2nd warm up lady was funny too! The average - the 1st warm up act was just so-so and the room was extremely hot. I thought the commedians were going to pass out from the heat. The bad - We pre-purchased our dinner/show tickets in advance and were supposed to get "preferential seating". We were seated in the middle toward the side - not exactly "preferential". The food and beverage service was the WORST I've ever experienced! We arrived at 5:45 and ordered immediately. 15 minutes later our drinks arrived, 10 minutes later, our salads were served. A full hour later after watching many other tables who arrived after us get their meals, we asked where our food was. We were told the kitchen was "backed up". How could it be backed up when we were literally the first people to order?! Another 20 minutes later (after the show had already started) our meals were served. The dirty salad plates and empty glasses were never cleared, we had to ask for silverware and had to ask three times for more drinks. After waiting another 20 minutes for drink refills we asked again and were told they were "on their way". From where??? When the headliner was almost finished we asked if we were ever going to get our desserts. They came out almost immediately after that - which made it obvious our server forgot. She never bothered to ask if we needed anything or offer drink refills without being asked repeatedly and was full of attitude when we asked what was taking so long. Seriously the worst service I've ever received. The first time in over a decade I didn't...

This was our first time at a comedy club and I don’t think I have the words to describe what an amazing and unforgettable experience this was! We were greeted and seated by the staff at the front who were wonderful and friendly. The comedy club itself was spacious with comfortable seating, the stage was high enough to be able to see the comedians as well. The service was quick and we felt taken care of throughout the night. We had the pleasure of watching K-Von and we didnt stop laughing for even a second. He did an outstanding and phenomenal job , definitely God gifted talent! We came here spontaneously and also got the opportunity to watch other comedians and were not disappointed! Looking forward to visiting again :)

I haven’t had a bad time yet and I’ve been here on a frequent basis. The servers and other staff have been perfectly professional and we had a great time because of it! Essentially : no complaints and I’d recommend it as it’s certainly the best comedy house I’ve been to about in the Tucson/Phoenix/Scottsdale vicinity. Unfortunately those in Tucson have a long drive but it has been worth it every time I’ve gone to a show here! Decent menu/food/drinks but they’re extremely expensive, so mind that. 4 drinks can cost upwards of $70 before tips and taxes. Anyway, be safe and get a ride if you plan to have a few drinks and wash your hands!

We had a great time. Orny Adams was our headliner. He was hilarious, highly recommend. There was a two part opening act. The second was a woman and I wish I could remember her name because she was extremely funny and deserves recognition as well. The service is really slow, took about 15-22 minutes to get our first drink order. If the service was faster I'd give it 5 stars. Lots of tables around us were also complaining at how slow the service was. It wasn't our servers fault but looked like understaffed was the issue. When seating an entire room more than 2 servers are needed.
