I just don't know what happened today? My drink had to be made three times and it still wasn't right. I'm the one that has ordered steak and egg bites with the carmel macchiato, oftentimes we get the pop cups too . This order alone I've done for the last 3 weeks, three to four times a week. I've had no issues until today but It wasn't just one thing today. I'm not sure if the people working just were unhappy or not understanding. I ordered my drink decaf every time. So let's break this down. Every time I've ordered I've been asked one. Do I want whip cream, I wasn't asked that today. I get to the window. There's a little confusion on my order. That's fine. I got my drink and my food and went on my way. I got home in about 1. Mi took a sip of my drink and it tasted like peanut butter. What I noticed is there was no caramel in the cup like there has been every single time I've ordered it. I've never had to request it, but one of the the employees today said that I have to request it again. I've been ordering this three to four times a week and never had to request it. Not only that, the drink WASN'T DECAF. Now my heart is racing and I'm having issues because of it. There was one girl who was nice and apologetic but the girl that was making my drink clearly wasn't having a good day. And the impression is she didn't care. I have had excellent service until about two months ago when I noticed that the drive-through takes exceptionally long when there’s only one or two cars in front of me and I have put in a mobile order. I put in a mobile order about a week ago and had to walk up to the window to get my mobile order and every single car that was in the drive-through was serviced before the walk up window when I was at the window nobody came over until all the cars were gone. One of your employees dresses like she just got up from bed and either booty shorts or sweatpants. I’m not sure what your dress code is, but you are running a business and that does not represent you guys at all and if you think it represents you guys it’s a little trashy. Today I ordered a large blended galaxy, and there was one other car in front of me in the drive-through and somehow my whipped cream and my drink are melted. I do not appreciate spending my money consistently just for the quality to go downhill. I’m not sure what happened to the staff you had before. Read moreI went with my friend to this location (we've been to two other locations in AZ), and we were not impressed. The girl at the walk-up counter said something about not being able to hear me because the sun was too bright and she couldn't focus. I witnessed that her eyes were extremely bloodshot. She then complimented me on my looks and finally took our orders. In the process of our orders being made (which took an exceptionally long time), my friend noticed the same girl dancing with the cash register tray. She literally opened the cash register three separate times and danced with the money tray. I witnessed what looked like her recording her poor coworker and attempting to dance with her to some sort of music coming from her phone. Due to her actions, the drinks took roughly 10 minutes to be made, with us standing in the heat (105+) with no shade. Her coworker was actually doing her job, attempting to clean up the place, which didn't exactly help our drink situation.
