On the hunt for some amazing BBQ today and we hit the jackpot when we walked into Pork on a Fork. If I’d of just been driving by I might of missed this place located amongst an industrial park. Lucky for me I knew where I was headed. Good news for you if you are a passer by they have many signs near the street to hopefully get some customers. Parking lot size is decent and we didn’t have an issue. Once inside we were greeted instantly. I will admit I was a bit taken aback by the guy standing right in front of the entry ready to take an order; not behind a counter, but quite literally at the entrance. There is a good size menu on the wall above to help you choose. My eyes instantly locked on the Midwest Monster sandwich, it included shredded pork and brisket, included coleslaw and jalapeños, yes please. They have a regular size or a mini, I chose the mini. It came with two sides so I chose green beans and coleslaw. My husband chose the Big Boy meal which includes all four meats and two sides. He added Mac n cheese and baked beans. We were given a number and told they would bring everything to us. There is a fountain drink station up front then from there there is a hallway that leads you to a good size seating area. This is definitely a happening lunch spot. Everyone was all smiles and seemed to be enjoying themselves. Our food arrived quickly from who’d I assume was either the owner or manager. He was awesome, friendly and we even laughed at his comment about my husband daring to wear a white shirt into a bbq place. (Good news he didn’t spill a thing) . Not only did everything smell divine, but it was all so delicious. I can’t even put my finger on what was our favorite because we loved it all. I’d say front runners were the brisket which was still moist, Smokey flavor and every bite was phenomenal. I love pulled pork sandwiches, but this new take with the monster was what I didn’t know I’f been missing. The kick from the jalapeño and added brisket was amazing. The green beans by far were our fave, followed up by the coleslaw, baked beans then Mac n cheese. All were great, but we found the green beans best. We also noticed a pic with the owner and guy fieri from Diners, Drive in and Dives. The vibe was great, clean place, fast and friendly service and the food was too notch. We’re already talking about going back and trying so much more! My only regret it I didn’t have any left...

The BBQ was great along with the Mac'n Cheese, where this place suffers is its service. On two separate occasions, I experienced sub par service. The first time was in April 2015, and I had selected this place to cater my graduation party, as I had recently graduated from GCU with my masters at the time. I prepaid two weeks in advanced and provided specific instructions including that I would be by to pick up my order the day of my ceremony at 2:30 PM. On my return, I supplied the cashier with my receipt and requested my order. Her initial reaction was of confusion and was later followed with clarifying questions regarding my order, such as "did you call to confirm this" suggesting that I may have made a mistake. I advised her that I was given no instructions on calling ahead to confirm an order I already paid for. She left the counter to return after a couple of minutes and asked who I placed the order with. I gave her my story again, and afterwards she went to the back again to return 15 minutes later finally with my "order". I am under the impression it was just thrown together last minute with what was available from the lunch rush. The second time was 3 weeks ago when my girl friend and I were debating on a place for dinner. This place was brought up and I decided to give it a second chance. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, we just left. We didn't even get a chance to put out order in. The place was not busy, in fact there were just two other couples, one in front of us and one behind us. However, there were several "guests" that came through whose attentions were apparently more important than ours and the other patrons. The staff appeared to be young, unprofessional, and inattentive with placing a higher importance on conversing with one another and their "guests", whom I can only tell were just loitering. Please train your employees on the values of customer service as both my experiences suggest they are in need of it. Great food though, wished I could have had it at least a...

Had lunch catered today and the brisket was AMAZING!!! I loved the pork too. My favorite sauce is their mild sauce. But Pork On A Fork is an absolute gem of a restaurant that truly deserves every bit of praise it receives. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that sets the stage for a dining experience like no other.

The menu at Pork On A Fork is a culinary masterpiece, offering a tantalizing array of dishes that are sure to please even the most discerning palate. Each dish is expertly crafted with the finest ingredients and cooked to perfection, resulting in flavors that are nothing short of divine.

One of the standout dishes at Pork On A Fork is their signature pork ribs. These succulent ribs are slow-cooked to perfection, resulting in meat that is so tender it practically falls off the bone. The flavor is out of this world, with a perfect balance of sweet and savory that will leave you craving more.

But the excellence of Pork On A Fork extends beyond just their ribs. From their mouthwatering pulled pork sandwiches to their delectable sides, every dish is a true delight for the taste buds. And let's not forget about their desserts - each one is a work of art that will satisfy even the most insatiable sweet tooth.

The service at Pork On A Fork is top-notch, with a team of friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you'll be treated like family from the moment you walk in the door.
