Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

Terrible found a cockroach in my coffee disgusting later that day I got another coffee from that exact same one found a moth in it disgusting whoever made my coffee I hope you get fired this was absolutely disgusting and there is also bad customer service the customer service was humiliating the humiliated me in front of everyone it was disgusting when I went in there there was mold on the walls and my coffee was starting to get moldy it was absolutely disgusting I tried ordering a sandwich it came out disgusting the bread was molding the cheese was molding and everything was molding zero starts with zero if I could and they were pointing out that the fact that I changed my diaper in the bathroom and left it in the in the garbage can it was so humiliating and everyone laughed at me and started recording even the manager they caught me eating poop out of the toilet because they took 4 hours to give me my food I ate the poop and I swallowed it I'm not going to lie it was pretty good guess they were eating corn for breakfast and they were keeping everyone inside the Starbucks until morning because I was using the bathroom before closing and they locked everyone in there and we asked if they could let us out and they said no before I went here I worked there and I seen that they were holding five kids hostage in the trunk crazy run...

I love Starbucks in a loyal customer, but this Starbucks is a joke. Seriously it's 10am and you only have 1 person working, this is absolute madness the line is all the way to the Entrance of the food court... And the girl working doesn't even know what she is doing she has to read through their booklet to learn how to make the drinks... I'm definitely not coming back, I'll wait in the long ass drive thru line at the Starbucks on 75th n McDowell from now on at least I know those Batista's know what they...

Waited 15 mins for a reg coffee. Associate made all special drinks before pouring a cup of coffee.. if I knew I would have drive to the next nearest Starbuck add gotten a coffee quicker then waiting here... The coffee I got was 20% less then what it should be... I always buy a tall coffee in a grande cup because Starbuck fill up the cut so a tall coffee leave the perfect amount of space for my creamer and able to stir with out spill.. my cup was only 60% filled... Wasted time and received less for what...
