UPDATE: Olive garden reached out to us after seeing this review. They wanted to make things better for us. We decided to return to this location to give it another try. We walked in and waited a few minutes while they cleaned a table off for us. We were seated and our server came over right away. She offered a sample of Moscato which was really good so I got a glass of that. She interacted with both my children from the start which I really appreciated. She brought all our drinks over and asked if we were ready to order which we were so took our order and our soup and salad was brought out very quickly. The manager brought the food out to us. After looking around I noticed we didn't have any silverware so got up and went to the hostess. This was the only issue with the entire service which wasent a big deal. Our server came over apologizing for not having silverware and we said it wasent her fault and that it wasent a big deal at all. She kept checking on our table and refilled drinks before it was needed which was great. Our food came out and there were no issues at all. Our server was amazing and the manager came over multiple times making sure everything was good. Thank you olive garden for changing my mind about this location.
Came here on Friday night. I used the app and got on the waitlist while we drove there. The app said wait time of 16 to 20 minutes we arrived in 15 and walked in up to the hostess stand. I said I joined the waitlist on the app but the hostess couldn't find my name but told the other hostess that we were a call a head and got us seated right away, she was so nice about the whole situation. We got seated and got brought over a high chair for our daughter. We sat there and looked over the specials menu and decided on what we wanted to order. We sat there and watched as all these other servers walked back and forth. We started to wonder where our server was about 10 minutes into waiting. Finally a lady came over and let me say she was super nice about everything just way too in the weeds that night. She took our drink order and our food order since we already knew what we wanted. So then we sat there and waited and waited. I ordered a drink from the bar which I understand takes a bit sometimes but my husband and son ordered sodas, so normally they would get theirs while I waited for mine but that wasent the case. After another 10 minutes our server came up and had my son's drink and my drink but not my husband's soda. She dropped off a bowl of soup for him and a salad for me which was missing the tongs and also a salad bowl. She also gave us a plate with a few breadsticks wrapped in it but no bread plates for any of us. We made it work with what we had, our server did come back and brought tongs for the salad but we were still missing a few items. She even said that she was having trouble coming over to take care of us because of a bigger table somewhere we couldn't see. A different server brought out our food, my husband's was correct but my build your own pasta had chicken on it instead of shrimp. We told the lady and she said she would let my server know. So we were stuck waiting once again. About 10 minutes later our server came back and didn't understand why I didn't have my food we told her that it had chicken on it when I asked for shrimp. She went to the kitchen and shortly after brought out my food. I started eating but shortly realized they didn't really do much they picked out some of the pieces of chicken, not all of it and then cooked some shrimp and threw them on top. The pasta was already really cold and it looked like they melted butter and added it on top. I ate only some of it, because after all that waiting I didn't care I was just plain hungry, but didn't enjoy it at all. We didn't even wait to see our server again. We used the table top check out system so we could just leave. We love olive garden but this one just left a bad taste...
Read moreJesus where do I start with this place. Initially started off well , came in with a large party, one of our servers kept up and gave us 4 or 5 wine samples until a few of our party members chose which they wanted. We ordered Italian margaritas you can tell for one that the server didn't have knowledge of the drink as he asked us if we wanted it frozen or rocks (only comes frozen) and asked us if we wanted sugar or salt ( specifically comes with an orange sugar coated rim) if nothing else we got a laugh out of it. You need to have knowledge of your menu though to accurately serve your guests. We had children with us, and ordered all of our drinks at one time. We got out margaritas and wine, but didn't receive the other drinks for 20 min!!! I literally had to get up out of my seat and ask another server to grab my kids drinks because they were starting to get really fussy. Once we got to order which also took forever, we waiting about 20 min to get our soup and salad. About 5 min later, before we were even done with our appetizers, out entrees came out. Now a little history here also we got bread once we came in before anything to keep the kids occupied, we asked for bread about 5 or 6 times, we got it 45 min later as we were finishing up our entrees. Also as our friends were joining the manager at the front of the store told our friends to go find us. Didn't help them find our party or offer any assistance. Literally told them to find us. I worked in the industry 11 years, even at an olive garden for about 11 months so I know policy and procedure as well as service steps ect. Never had such a terrible experiance at a restaurant, more or less at an olive garden. We were not taken care of and we were put off by our server and even management. Was it discrimination because we were young? Because we had kids? Because it was a shared table and they had to share the tip so we were secondary? Maybe a little bit of all of the above? I will probably never come back here. I couldn't believe the amount of professionalism that this...
Read moreHorrible manager. I was writing my review on the kiosk thing at our table and it got turned off before I could finish, so I'm gonna write it here. Great service at first, we got seated, and helped right away. Our drink and food orders were placed very quick. However, my steak was cooked wrong (not the servers fault, cause it was right on the receipt) and i asked to cook it more but it basically came back the same, just browned on pink parts that was showing. I sent it back once, and wasn't about to send it back again (especially after the server said "don't worry, I watched them the whole time to make sure they didn't do nothing to it." The first time she brought it back). Our server was very nice, but sort of absent after we got our food. Meaning we didn't get refills on our drinks, soup, salad, or breadsticks. I tried to get attention of the other server in our area, but didn't want to interrupt her while she was helping other people. A manager finally came up to our table, and asked how things were, only then were we able to get our refills (and like she only brought two breadsticks in the basket, which made us laugh, cause like what?? Lol it looked so sad, at least put four in the basket, ya know) By then our food was cold, and we were just having a terrible time. Plus, the manager kept coming to the room and would only stare directly at our table and then walk away. She did this several times which made us feel uncomfortable. Overall we only got one refill on our drinks and breadsticks, which sucked considering its UNLIMITED refills. Finally I went to pay on the kiosk so I could write a review about our experience, but someone (most likely the manager, cause she came in the room one more time as I was writing the review) turned it off before I could finish/submit it. I don't know the managers name but she was an older white lady with...
