Best Starbucks in the Valley! Extremely clean, friendly and professional! They always have a barista cleaning the lobby, bathrooms and behind the counters! They are always greeting customers as they enter the cafe. They have a great record of getting orders correct and when an order is not to an individual’s liking they are willing to make corrections. Unfortunately, some customers are not friendly and the poor baristas are being verbally abused but remain professional and correct the drink. Please make it a policy like Chase Bank to no longer serve these customers. It is verbal abuse. It should never be tolerated nor should there be any excuses for it. It can be triggering to them and they are only young. It’s trauma and they should never be abused in this profession. I would like to see their DM make HR have a policy in place to keep them safe. Maybe have a local police officer make stops or drive by at their store to prevent these customers from creating issues. This is a high risk area. Meaning crimes of theft, violence, drug abuse and homeless are constantly on their property causing issues. When an officer is around it will make these “customers” think twice about making a scene or entering the building. Please HR do something to protect your young (possibly minor) employees!!! These baristas work quick but take time to connect with their customers! Ella is always cleaning! She is so kind and sweet! Kadin is very friendly and professional! Harrison is very friendly and a kind soul! I wish I could name them all but all the team members at this location are the best! Please keep up the great work and keeping the place clean! Please HR keep them safe and create a policy to no longer serve customers who threaten...
Read moreI ordered hot water because I had a sinus pressure headache and wanted to just squeeze lemon into some hot water on the go to save time so I drove thru early this morning. I was declined hot water by Jon store manager but then when I offered to pay and he stopped explaining why he couldn’t give me hot water due to liability/safety issues… to then proceeded to charge me almost $4. At this point I was annoyed and told him charge me for a tea and put the tea bag on the side. It wasn’t a matter of liability he just didn’t want to serve the hot water for free. Large corporations like McDonalds and Starbucks are convenient for things like hot water and ice for busy moms on the go. I am always willing to pay for the cost of the cup but don’t charge almost $4 for something that costs you less than a dollar. I also asked if I buy something else could I get the hot water in the drive thru before I was declined and the initial response was my manager said no. Worst customer service experience ever. Not only that but he didn’t even give me my tea bags I had to ask for them after he gave me the hot water. I’m super reasonable but this was such an irritating experience being that I was not feeling well. I dislike all of the Starbucks tea and majority of their drinks are filled with a disgusting amount of sugar. Their matcha is already pre sweetened so I opt to get hot water and add my own lemon or organic tea when I don’t have time to make it at home in...
Read moreI drove out of my way to support students who work here. Ordered a trenta quad shot with four pumps of white chocolate and milk over ice. I know, some starbucks don't allow trenta cups for this type of drink but that's the size which allows me to sip coffee up through the late afternoon. Basically it stays cold most of the day. They did oblige with the trenta cup (this time only) but would only filled it partially saying they wouldn't add more milk unless I paid for it. I understood even though it shouldn't be a huge deal to fill it up. I then went home and measured the difference. It was a hair over a 1/2 cup. Are you kidding???? Starbucks as a whole makes huge profits but won't allow 1/2 cup of milk and a cup one size bigger. Basically this is an attempt to force customers to order a more expensive drink which would cost more than I'm willing to pay. Call it what you want, maybe I'm cheap when it comes to my daily caffeine fix or call out Starbucks for fleecing their customers. I'll lean towards the latter since I've yet to see one location go out of business. They seem to be doing rather well in my opinion. Either way Dutch Brothers charges far less for what I want even though it's a little less potent for my taste. I think I'll start taking my...
