Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Phoenix

Honestly this dutch bros is the best when you have the right staff iv been coming to this dutch for a while now its allways popping and we have a few hiccups here and there but today was not like other first i orded a snickers cold brew chocolate and carmel drizzle coconut milk and a soft top got to the front and was read my order they had it down as a latte i told them no i wanted cold brew thats all i ever get and was handed a cold with with nooo soft top and no chocolate drizzle or Carmel drizzle now useally if i have a problem they fix it not probelm well today i guess she was new cause i have never seen her before and i know most the staff as i come everyday i told her sorry but theres no soft top she was like i can put it in anther cup and give it to you ok but what about the chocolate and carmel drizzle she procced to poor chocolate and carnel drizzle in the cup with the soft top now im useally ok with a couple mess ups but i changed from startbucks to dutch because there coffe is the best and love the service and i useally let things slide but this i cant one im very very specific about what i buy if i pay for services i exspect what i pay for now my coffe did not taste how i exspected it as there was very little chocolate and carmel iv sent a mesg to corporate and have called havent hurd anything yet i love dutch and this place is uselly the best but today was not a 5...

Great coffee, short wait! Unfortunately, all girls were working and seemed to be super flirty and helpful with male customers, but super bland customer service with females. A friend and I went to get coffee for ourselves and a co-worker, my friend paid for herself and a drink for our co-worker then sat down to wait since they were blended drinks. I patiently waited as the girl working assumed the two beverages were for my friend and I even though I was still standing in line, she proceeded to help the man behind me. Which apparently it was his birthday and wanted to take advantage of the free drink promotion. She proceeded to check his I.D. to verify his date of birth and proceeded to flirt with him while his drink was being made. Once he received his drink she realized I was still standing there and asked me how I could be helped, I told her I still needed to order. She immediately took my order and gave me my beverage. I was just alittle irritated because she was so busy flirting with the youngish man that was getting a free drink that she didn't realize the tip she could have gotten from me. Also, I tried to call this evening regarding a potentially left behind debit card...

I have been to this location of Dutch Brothers many times before and never had an issues until today. My son "who has chronic Asthma" and I were waiting in line to order our drinks there was a table about 5 feet from the window and there were two men smoking, I told my son to stand far away from the table. When it was our turn to order, I informed the Dutch employee there were two men smoking at the table, his response " yeah well it's hard to enofrce the rule" my reply was " it's the law, not a rule". I proceeded to tell him there was signs stating no smoking, he shrugged his shoulders. I informed him I was going to call and complain because my son had asthma, he looked at me and said "ok" then he shut the window. In addition to that issue, there were lots of bees around the drive thru window area. The employee was possibly in his mid twenties. Please address this with employees and have them call the police to trespass people that can't follow the rules. He actions showed that he could careless about my concerns. He needs to be retrained on customer service and company policy, if he is not receptive to that....he can find...
