I honestly cannot believe this Starbucks has so many positive reviews. This Starbucks location is the worst I've ever been to ...in the entire United States and abroad! Yesterday I went there and ordered two drinks and 20+ minutes later they still weren't done. I should have just canceled my order as soon as I heard the cashier tell me that they had a 40 minute wait earlier. That is completely unacceptable. When I went to get a refund and explained that the wait time was unacceptable, the cashier Alyssa offered to make my drinks before everybody else. I told her "absolutely not". How is that fair to the rest of the customers? She then tried to make excuses stating that she had only been there a month and the other associate was new too. That's not my problem. They need to staff adequately. It's ALWAYS like that at this location. They spent more time talking and stocking items then reducing the size of the line by making orders. I'm definitely going to report them to corporate. Also, as I was waiting I noticed they got nearly every customer's order wrong. A lot of the frappuccinos were sitting there melting as they SLOWLY made 1 item at a time as customers waited for their orders to be completed. And finally, waiting all that time there is nowhere to sit because they refuse to open up their seating area at that location despite seating areas being open everywhere else. Read moreMy car wouldn’t start after loaded groceries. It’s 110* today. While I waited for husband to arrive, I went back into Safeway to get a cold drink at this Starbucks. I’m 76, beet red, overheated and feeling faint. That’s no one’s fault. A lady was waiting on her order and there was a gentleman in front of me in line. The barista leaves me standing there and fixes the other two orders. No one else is in line. No problem. It’s not the barista’s fault I’m ready to pass out. But after my order, I move to stand to wait for my drink when a lady walks up. He takes her order, which is a double order. Then he takes several more customer orders who walk up. Finally he fixed my drink and hands it to me. I lean in and quietly say that my grandson is a Starbucks manager and he would get written up for making me wait like this. He was polite with his response. But then he tells the customers after me what I said and they are staring at me while I’m sitting at one of their tables waiting for husband to get my car started. I didn’t get the barista’s name, but young man, that’s extremely rude to a lady already having a bad day....

No one said anything just looked at me an other customer and kept working didn’t care that customer were leaving because of how rude they were, like they didn’t see us and when I finally said this is rude the manger says I’m not on the clock but I’ll take your order after I had to say something and she didn’t care I told I was gonna complain she said oh ok my name is candy and I’m the manger.I’ve never seen such a careless manger.
