Subway — Restaurant in Phoenix

Worse subway location!! This is my third time going and They are open for business at 9am but don't ever have anything ready. You only get one bread option to choose from. Maida has awful customer service each time i went on Thursday mornings she is rude! she told me the toaster wasn't ready and then im telling her that it should be ready for business when you open up she was arguing with me and then she puts my sandwich in the toaster after she just told me it wasn't ready. I asked for managers number she gave to me on the back of my receipt but i accidentally threw away so i went to buy some food today and asked for the number again and she refused said i have to wait until she is done with the other customers waiting! When she was already helping me! She told me Theres another subway i can go to and they should have their stuff ready when they open business. No! Why should i have to go to another subway when this location is down the street. She told me not to go back because im rude, im an upset customer who comes to purchase and every time i come they are not ready for business. she always rude about it and tries to argue about it. The first time i went i used a coupon when i tried to use a new coupon my second visit(subway sends to me in the mail) she said it didnt work i used it last time i told her no that was a different one i threw that one away she kept saying it doesn't work and i told her ok can u get a manager she walked away came back and put the coupon through and said its ok she made it work because she doesn't want to call Clarissa the manager and get in trouble..! So my coupon did work?! She just was assuming im trying to use the same coupon. Also my visit today she told me to hurry when i was picking my topping because she has other people waiting! I come here all the time when I go to Food City. I pick up two subs. Today, I was picking up my usual as always and the rude older lady told me that there is a limit on vegetables I didn't go overboard on vegetables you are rude and one very unpleasant old woman and you know I Still put a tip in the tip jar and even thanked you.. Honestly, I was quite shocked how you told me there's a limit on vegetables once I asked for extra onions. Btw, those tomatoes were not freshly cut they were nasty looking, as well as the jalapenos had white around the edges they look like they were sitting out for a long time, and next time you're going to talk about a customer make sure they don't understand (Spanish) you need to be reprimanded and as old as you are you should know better! Down below, your asked what I recommend ? I recommend that no one come to this location. I can go to any other location and order exactly what I ordered here, and they don't give me attitude or tell me there's a limit on vegetables. Also, when I asked for extra cheese, I told you I would pay for the extra cheese you didn't have to tell me. Just like you didn't need to tell me there was a limit on vegetables, but you wanted to be rude as hell, so here is my review. I will never step foot into this Subway...

I loved coming to this location till recently. I always order online and get it right away but no this one certain person working didn’t even acknowledge me and then when I acknowledged her she proceeded to make me wait till everyone else had there order made from start to finish, even cashing out. Like I would have just waited in line at that point lol??? The whole point of online ordering is for me to know when and will it will be ready to pick up no waiting or nothing, already paid for so Quick and easy. Not long and hard and Not to wait for others order to be made lol? Literally makes no sense. Won’t be coming back :))))) also for a side note: Before arrival my order had been ready for over 15 mins and I did see my order there behind her the whole entire time and I was asking if she could just hand me it.
