Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

BEWARE IF PAYING WITH CASH!! The girls at the drive through have a scam where they short you on your change and it is a very consistent scam, and its a grand scale. The first time it happened was about 2 weeks ago and i paid with a $20 bill and got my change and put it in my pocket and drove away and stoped at circle k, where i realized i was only given $6 back and not $16, they kept $10. So i called when i got home and spoke to a male manager that said that drawer was recently counted out and there was no extra money in it and he told me that since i left he couldnt do anything about it. So since then i have only paid with my card, until today being close to my pay peroid i had to pay with my cash but i was going to watch this time, and sure enough a different girl at the window tried the exact same scam only this time the female manager behind her was in on it, so i refused to leave the drive through until i got my $10, the entire time i never put the $6 that they gave me inside my car and i held it towards the drivethru window with the reciept that shows i gave them $20 and some change, after a lot of laughing they finally gave me my $10 with no apologies or anything.. i wont be back and i am going to make sure corporate knows about this store repeatedly...

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for over 30 years. Tonight was a disaster. They were letting people on foot order and get food from the drive thru. When I worked at fast food places we weren’t allowed to do that for a number of reasons. The safety and f the crew, the safety of the drivers and people walking through the drive thru as well. The drive through lady was rude and the people walking through the drive thru were pretending to hit my car as they were waiting for their food and then when they came to the window to get their food I nearly hit them with my car. Then as they were walking away and I was trying to leave the parking lot I nearly hit them again. As I was trying to pull out into the street. I had my daughter in the car and was concerned for her safety. As those people were acting erratically and aggressively towards us. Needless to say I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. It has gone so far downhill. Limited lobby hours and lackluster service. It’s a shame because it used to be a really nice restaurant...

0 stars( It would not allow me to put 0/5, hence the 1/5)! Worst customer service ever! We went there today (7/3/2017) around 8 pm and they gave us the wrong order. They made us leave our home and go all the way back to the store , wasting our time and gas money because they made a mistake. And the manager was extremely rude about it and cut me off, she had no ounce of kindness. She didn't offer to give us a refund for their mistake and wasting our time. The least she could have been was nice and courteous. But instead she offered one free drink or cinnamon twists (with a demeaning tone and attitude) as though she was doing me a huge favor, but she was the one at fault. I guess, that is just their customer service policy, unethical and rude, especially in lower class neighborhoods ( where it was located). She should be...
