So I came here tonight and I ordered $45 worth of food I was missing my sauce to my Metro all the sticks for the marinara sauce my fries container we're only half full and when I ordered through drive-thru I said chocolate ice cream which all the other times that I've went to this location they've added chocolate syrup and mix it in with the ice cream to turn it into chocolate ice cream when I called this location and talk to the general manager Shane I expressed my concerns and my complaints Shane the store manager was Defensive would not let me talk on the phone came up with excuses said that I never asked for chocolate ice cream or to turn it into chocolate ice cream and not the order was correct I will not go to this location again because if the store manager is going to justify and make excuses about how they operate and tell the customer that they're wrong when you had a witness on the phone and drive through hearing the entire order then you need to be retrained as a store manager or find a different job I've been in customer service for over 10 years this is unacceptable the general manager also kept talking over me was not letting me explain my concerns about my order told me that he would no longer be able to help me if I continue to talk to him in a way that I was on the phone mind you I was calm I wasn't cussing him out I was completely soft-spoken just trying to help him understand what was wrong with the order especially coming from a general manager of the store once again that General manager's name is Shane

See a server in the parking lot asked what to do about getting an order picked up. She says hot the red button said I did no answer said someone will be there. After 6 minutes someone says can I help yes ordered ahead here for pick up. He says you ordered this and that I said no I ordered and he says hang on. Waited another 3 minutes never ca.r back went to go inside and was stopped employees only how do I get my pick up order she says it will be out. Back to my car hit the red button again comes back on I said where is my order he says what are you talking about. Said you asked me what my order was you said something else you said be right back and never come back. He hangs up again. A lady comes out and says having a hard time finding your order what did you order. I said how can you be having a hard time finding my order when nobody had asked me what my order was. I tell her and 3 minutes later it comes out. 2 minute drive home and it is cold as heck and the ice cream shakes melted. What a freaking joke this place is don't ever go there unless you want cold...

My order was made incorrectly 3times, so I called & requested a refund & the Mngr Tom refused, after letting them know they were being recorded & Sonic's Corporate Office was notified, Tom came out to give me my refund after he realized he was being audio recorded of their rudeness & unprofessionalism, his whole demeanor changed. I appreciate the Sonic on 19th Ave/Hatcher, the Mngr, Mr Shane provided Excellent Service & was very understanding and cooperative in correcting the 19 the Ave /Deer Valley Chaos for me & bcuz of Mr. Shane, I will continue to go to his store...Thank U Soo much & I greatly appreciate U & ur...
