Wish I could rate this place ZERO stars!!!!! The staff is absolutely unbelievable and so rude. My family and I ordered a mobile pick up order today at 5 pm. We ordered 4 deluxe combo boxes, 3 sub potatoes in replace of beef on all tacos in the box for vegetarians. And one box with steak as is, each box was supposed to come with 3 freezes (which cost extra). When we picked up the order we were given all Baja blasts fountain drink style, and the what we're supposed to be 3 potato boxes ended up all having meat in them. We called in immediately and told them if our issue and they said no worries just come in and we will get that fixed for you. My fiancé and I drive over to there and proceed through the drive thru, we handed our messed up food to them and kindly explained the mishap. They then sent a young woman out couldn't have been more than 24 years old she came out with such a rude tone and was snapping in our faces saying they will not remake it for us. We then asked for a refund and were told no, this is ridiculous because we spent $60 On food we didn't get to eat or even keep at the end. They refused to return our messed up food or replace it. When we finally asked for the corporate number so we could call them and settle it they then closed the window on us and would not give us the information. I have never in my life had a worse experience at a Taco Bell before! Do yourself a favor and go to a different location...
   Read moreI have been to this location a few times with no complaints usually but recently we ordered and our food tasted really bad. I called and the manager âTeeâ was really friendly and stated she thinks it was overcooked in the morning. She stated I could return the next day if I came early and could have my food re made..So I stopped by before the lunch rush the next day and got the food replaced and went home. When I started to eat I realized it still tasted really bad and I called back and spoke to another manager âSabinaâ and explained what happened. I suggested maybe something was expired or the oil was old but she stated the oil was changed that morning. I suggested someone taste it because I didnât know what it was or if other customers are getting the same experience. I will credit both of the managers because they were really friendly and tried more than once to find a solution by offering the same items remade or I could get something else..I did not return a third time though because I ended up getting really sick and vomiting with stomach pains. So Iâm not sure what is going on but it is fast food so Idk if I should expect this? I donât want other...
   Read moreI am a driver for GrubHub. I had a late night order to be picked up at this restaurant. I attempted to call the restaurant at 12:40 a.m. but got no response. I had a 15 minute drive to the restaurant with a five-minute window to spare. I arrived at the drive-thru at 12:57 a.m. I got no response at the speaker and immediately went to the drive-thru window. I could hear voices through the window and so I knocked on the glass knocked on the frame honked my horn trying to get someone's attention if I could hear them I know they could hear me. Finally after at least 5 minutes and at this point 105 a.m. a young man came to the window and refused to give me the customer's order which I could clearly see sitting on the counter.the employee even acknowledged that that was the customer's order but because they were closed he would not give m me the order. Their behavior was unprofessional and inconsiderate. Frustrating to me as a driver because I drove quite a distance to get here and ultimately will not get paid for this drive.
