Scooptacular — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went to scooptacular a few days ago for the first time. Reagan was the girl that helped me. SHE WAS AMAZING! She greeted me cheerfully and asked me if it was my first time visiting. I was so indecisive but she helped me through my ice cream selection process.

She asked various questions to see what types of flavors I liked, talked about the flavors she enjoys, and recommended I try at least 5 flavors (I tried 6 to 7 flavors and she was so chill about it) with it being my first time there.

She was so personable and showed she cared so much about my experience being the best. She went above and beyond. Reagan takes her job seriously in the best way possible. With her positive attitude, upbeat personality, and best customer service you could run into, she comes off as though she loves her job, this is her passion, and she truly enjoys helping customers no matter how indecisive they are, which is so important! She is a gem!

Instead of buying a scoop (which is what I originally came for), I ended up buying (2) quart containers of ice cream ($12.99 for 1 quart). The flavors are so delicious and spot on! I thought I would be limited to one flavor per container. No! Reagan then offered to add more than one flavor per container if I wanted (4 flavors total)! Wow! Of course I accepted. 😅 Then she asked if I wanted the flavors layered (like a cake) or half and half (went with half and half as u can see in the pics).

This girl truly goes above and beyond for the customer. She was putting freshly scooped ice cream in these containers and made sure to constantly push the ice cream down to ensure I got the most. She made sure to pack those quarts full, so much so, they were heaping when she went to put the lid on! I had ate some of the ice cream once I got home as you can see a bit missing from the containers but they were super full.

And after everything was paid, she came out from behind the counter to open and hold the door for me. I was more than able to open the door myself but that's what I mean when I say she goes above and beyond for the customer. She is an excellent employee and leads by example. Reagan, you are doing an amazing job and are the best employee scooptacular could have!

On a side note, I have since consumed 1 ½ tubs of ice cream in a few days 🙈. All the flavors are absolutely delicious and I have effectively gained weight! 😅 I got coffee (which has choc chips and pecans in it 🤤...my fave), coconut, and thai tea. 😋 I included pics of a bath and body work candle next to a quart so you can see how big the container is and how much ice cream you get in a quart. Not sure what happen tonight. I usually get good service however the young lady that made my TARO did not get the order right and I had to go back to have her correct it. Instead of her remaking the drink she asked me if I wanted the correct boba on the side leaving me to pick out the incorrect ones. I said no because I don’t wanna have to keep spitting out the ones that she incorrectly put in in the first place.She then proceeded to take my drink and try to strain out the tapioca ones and replace it. I thought that was a bit unprofessional but I let her do it. I asked her whether she got them all out and she said she think she did . this perplexed me since this is the reason why I had to come back. She asked me if I was allergic to it I said no I just like it taste good if I pay $10 for a drink and instead of apologizing she corrected me that the drink only cost six dollars. I guess I wasn’t supposed to include the tip that I paid for her to get the wrong boba and the tax. Doesn’t seem professional or courteous to correct someone about the price and then send me out the door with a drink that’s partially made correctly because it still had a few of the original tapioca boba in it. Not very good or courteous. her reason was because no one really orders the other type of Boba so she didn’t bother to ask me and just put in which she thought that I would like and also didn’t ask me what size I would like as well. Hopefully I don’t get this type of service the next time If I decide to go back.
