Be careful and be on the lookout. If you are just getting off the I-17 and don't pay attention, you may drive right pass Times Square Pizzeria! This is probably what I've done in the past and would have done had my father not introduced me to this amazing local Pizzeria! My family and I visited Times Square Pizza on a Saturday early evening and it has a very friendly and homey cafe/diner feel. It was busy but comfortable and the staff was incredibly attentive and quick! Anytime I took a sip from my water there seemed to be someone on standby to fill it up! The service was great and I haven't even gotten to the food yet... For the dishes, we ordered: Joe's Special, Pasta Giovanni, Philly Cheesesteak and good o'fashioned Spaghetti and meatballs. Each of us at the table seemed to forget how to be social and speak because we were consuming all the delicious food. Everything was very savory and seasoned well but I have to rave about the Pasta Giovanni. Yes, this dish is titled as a "favorite," and right away the picture on the menu and description sold it for me, and it exceeded my expectations! My whole family also loved it and there was absolutely no leftovers to take home! On top of the amazing dishes, they also give you what seems to be huge slices of garlic bread! All-in-all, very generous portions and flavors. I'm kind of glad I don't live nearby because I know I would find myself eating here way too often! This place is amazing! Don't make the same mistake, visit here, order the pasta, you will be just as in love as I am!

My wife and I came here after we couldn't grab a bite at Cracker Barrel due to a gas problem. Having enjoyed food here many times years ago, I looked forward to trying it again. The food presentation was on par with my memory but the food itself was just OK. We ordered mussels as an appetizer. They smelled a bit fishy and were a bit rubbery. For entrées we had chicken parmesan and penne chicken. Of the two the penne was better, but the chicken tasted old. The chicken parmesan was simply terrible. The chicken tasted and looked like it had been recooked it also appeared to be a single breast half sliced in half and pounded even thinner to appear larger when breaded. It was dry and old rancid oil flavored. The waitress half heatedly offered to remake it, but it seemed like it would come out the same, so I declined, mentioning that the other location on Union Hills was equally bad. She didn't offer to do anything about it so we paid packed up and left. See pictures for how over cooked and small the chicken was. We can't recommend anyone eat here. It was great a decade ago but now it simply is over priced sub par salty food.

I had been looking forward to coming here because of how much I love the balsamic chicken. I had only ever eaten at the Union Hills location previously and was very sad when I saw they had closed. While I’m happy they were just relocating, I’m sad that it’s much further as coming to these restaurants is already quite a drive for me. First of all, the atmosphere here is much different than the Union Hills location is/was. There were quite a few people, we were seated at a table connected with other diners (which I found odd) and it was loud. It definitely had me missing the other, larger location! I ordered my usual balsamic chicken and it didn’t taste like it should have. The balsamic mixture was more tart and the spinach wasn’t cooked thoroughly (as you can see in the picture). I had a cannoli which was delicious and tasted like ones I’ve had at the other location but overall I’m left feeling disappointed in this experience that I was so looking forward to.

Normally I would leave this place a great review, because for the last ten years I have been coming here frequently to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and every special occasion. The food is delicious and whenever someone wants to meet for food or asks about a good restaurant I always suggest this place and location. However, events of tonight have ruined the good experiences.

I placed a to go order for my birthday. Came out to 70$ after I left the tip. I ordered three items. I arrive go in, pay, grab my bags and walk out. I set my food bags on the passenger seat and dont even have time to walk to the drivers side when the man who rang me up asked me to check the bags and make sure I had everything. Thankfully he did this because I was missing an item. We go inside he gets his manager to let her know and she asks if she can come out to my car and see. We go out to my car, she looks in the bags, sees I am missing an item, and tells me to hang out in the car and she would be back in two minutes with the missing item.

Almost 15 minutes go by so I head in to see what is going on. She comes out claiming that she just wasted the last 15 minutes of her life looking at the cameras. She sat down showing me a boy bagging the order, then fast forwards (meaning I dont see the whole time span from bagging to when picked up) and says see no one touched it.

I asked her why I would wait 15 minutes for her to bring my missing item out, letting the other two meals get cold if I were not actually missing something, to which she could not answer. I stated that if I was not going to receive my missing item I would bring in the food and she could give me a refund which she also refused. She also could not answer when I could have possibly had time to magically get rid of an entrée when the bus boy followed me out to my car.

So thank you Katie, for ruining my birthday dinner and making me no longer wish to come to my favorite restaurant. I know you guys are a busy restaurant so you probably do not care, but the way you treated me as a long time customer is simply pathetic and I hope it made you...

You know, this is going to be hard for me.

I have been coming here for 10, 15 years... I will never, ever go back!

I quit going there several years ago because they added a "service fee" to the bill for "a minimum wage increase."... I just went to some of the other 100 restaurants in the area.

They stopped adding that B.S. fee to the check, so we started going again.

This time... seriously, the food is really pretty good, but you "pay for it"!

Ok, fine... I love the staff, it's around the corner from our office... it's all good... we love to support our local small business owners.

However... JESUS IS THIS PLACE LOUD!

Seriously... you go in there, pay that kind of money, and get an absolute HORRIBLE atmosphere!

Here's what P's me off... they know it!

The employees will tell you that it us the #1 complaint they get!

Seriously, it is AWFUL! If you have even the slightest bit of anxiety... DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!

Put up some "sound curtains"... "Sound pictures"... fix the ceiling!

The technology today is AMAZING!

Quit being cheap... or maybe lazy?

You know it's an issue!

Let me know when you fix it, because I will never some back there until you do some "minor and cheap" fixes!

I am a bit ashamed to be such a loyal customer for nearly 20 years, and I have to complain about something so "petty...
