I ordered the wedge with no bacon and the waitress brought the salad to the table and it had bacon on it - she noticed it and said she had asked for no bacon She took it back to have it removed But they did not redo the salad and they didn’t scrape some of the bacon off and left some of the bacon pieces there I do not want to pay for eat or smell or taste bacon I don’t want to pay for a salad that was not done properly the way I ordered it I thought that was unprofessional - they should’ve just completely remade the wedge and put the nice piece of salmon on a fresh salad The way I originally ordered was not what I got - they picked bacon off and handed it back to me I have not eaten beef or pork for 35 years and did not appreciate any bacon on my food or any pieces of bacon in the disguise of having taken care of the issue My husband and I have been loyal to this restaurant for many many years and I really have never complained about anything I was hopeful when we made the decision to have dinner there this evening I love this place too but it was not the way I wanted it...

We have eaten at Wally's for almost two decades both in Phoenix and Scottsdale. The food has always been above average with some unique menu items. Servers are informed friendly. HOWEVER, I must be critical of poor management decisions. We decided to go to the Phoenix location on a Sunday night for a late dinner. Knowing Wally's to serve until 9:00 and as advertised we drove across town to 44th St. We arrived at 8:45 and were turned away because they were already closed! I double checked with the website and it said that it was "closing soon". It is unfortunate that a restaurant manager or even an owner would close down their establishment early when patrons travel to the restaurant relying on the advertised hours of business.
