Waters With Thrifty Ice Cream — Restaurant in Phoenix

The new owners are great! They hire some kids that are nice too, but we usually have the pleasure of working with Augustine! He always goes above and beyond for his customers and his store is a great addition to the neighborhood!

There's many points of why this place is so much better than before, but here are some of the big ones for me:

-I always hate making my gf go alone to fill water because it takes her a long time to move all the bottles, but since they actually offer to help at Neptune's; I don't have to stress or feel like a bad boyfriend.

-The weekly water deals are great, especially for alkaline!

-They added a natural/safe way to clean out your bottles. They also stock more of the 5 gal jug tops now so I don't have to order them online anymore.

-Their hours of operation are fair.

-They expanded the selection of Thrifty ice cream!

We came for the ice cream, and im not saying it was bad or anything, just not the best. It's pretty average, but I have definitely had better. The service was fine. The lady was not mean but didn't really greet us, and I could barely hear what she was saying when taking our order. The milkshake was pretty liquidy, but that's not too big of a deal, just not my preference. The inside is nice, but im not sure if I'll be back for the ice cream. Pretty disappointing when your a member for almost 2 years and you show up 30 mins before closing with only 3 bottles to have the worker watch you unload your water bottles, to then proceed to lock the door and then continue to sweep and make eye contact with you through the door and continue to ignore you… probably going to end up switching water providers after this ordeal.
