Just came home from a 10 hour drive home. Decided to get a quick dinner so we didn't have to cook. Got a cheese and a pepperoni with marinara sauce. Got home and unpacked then started to eat. Now once we all sat down everyone grabbed a piece and immediately started eating after a long trip in the car. I noticed both pizzas was basically just cheese and dough. There was little to no sauce on thr pizza. Also noticed the marinara sauce tasted absolutely spoiled. I stopped everyone from eating. Took what had not been chewed on back up to the store. Mind you there were several people eating so several pieces were missing but not one piece was finished. Upon getting to the store I informed them that the marinara was spoiled and tasted rotten and showed them the pizzas. My wife at this point had already made something else to eat. The first two people to help me we great. Helpful and apologetic. They immediately started trying to refund the money. A third person came to help them. Now instead of politely asking for inquiring about how much had been ate. The first interaction with this female was "how are you going to eat half the pizza then bring it back". I calmly explained that The pizza was not eaten I just didn't want to put chewed food back into the box. But if necessary I could produce the pizza it was just in the trash at my house down the street. She was visibly inconvenienced and rude. She tried throwing her co workers under the bus. At this point the manager came out and was able to refund the money. I have since been in the bathroom with call it gastric distress. It concerns me that they continued handing out this food that was obviously spoiled. I as other people have said have very rarely had any good service there. It seems every time I go there there is something wrong. I know it's a drop in the bucket for them but I will not be returning. I will also be contacting corporate or the owner on their safe...
Read moreThe Pickens Little Ceasers used to be where I'd go if my children wanted some pizza. Up til about 6 months ago I also had no issues. But presently, the last time they had anything that was "Hot and Ready" for it's consumers was probably a cup of hot water from the tap. It isn't the Managers fault completely, the Staff seem understaffed and under trained before they start taking orders. They no longer offer the "Hot & Ready" Cheese pizza, just Pepperoni. My last time in the Pickens store, I overheard a Cashier being overly rude and unprofessional to an older Lady who asked a couple of questions. My personal experience with hostility was after the two previous visits. Both times they'd gotten my order wrong. So, now I'll move to the side and double check my order before leaving. The first time I did this, a young woman who was a Cashier told me that since I'd bought my pizza that I had to leave. I'm not one to roll over for anyone, so I didn't take what she said, the tone she said it in, and her complete lack of Courteousy and Professionalism very well. Which led to a very short, but completely accurate description of her actions and unfortunately I did say two expletives. The Manager is always there and unfortunately, has to apologize for his workers. I know in a lot of folks eyes, him doing that makes him incompetent, but he's a hard worker that understands what needs to be done and how to handle a...
Read morePlaced an order on the browser. Walked to get it. Saw an employee at the open back door, "jammin" with some headphones on, and asked a question. He responded in a very rude manner. Upset because I interrupted his jam session at work, no doubt. I proceeded inside to pick up my order which was not complete, so I sat the pizzas on the counter and the rude guy came up front. I said im missing my sauces bud. He said what sauces so I told him that each pizza sticks pie comes with a sauce and i ordered an extra and a buffalo ranch. He cut me off before I was done and said "I can read, let me see, i can read the receipt." Well aparrently not or my order would have been complete when I walked in to get it like the email said it was. I turned the pies towards him and he said 3 crazy and a buffalo ranch. I said yup. He then tossed them on top of my pies and flipped around eager to return to his jams in the back. Keeping in mind, i walked to get the food, from my semi parked at a drop nearby, so I hurriedly asked if he had a bag to put the sauces in to carry them, before he disappeared again. He grabbed a bag and threw it on the counter and scurried to the back. Not a very good representation of positive customer service. Ill find grub elsewhere next time I deliver in the area. Then i get to the truck to find my...
