Used to have a high rating on this taco bell, but I've decided to change it. This is the 3rd time when pulling up to the speaker to let them know that I have a mobile order that they want to give me a hard time and say it will be a 7-15 minute wait. Literally this time one other person was in the drive through in front of me. I had a slight issue and it finished processing while I was at the speaker. The lady at the window told me it takes 7 minutes for an order to pop through but to go ahead and pull forward. When I got to the window I asked if it came through, she read my name back to me and said yes but that id need to pull around to a space because it takes time to make mobile orders. How? It's virtually the same as me placing my order at the speaker expect you dont have to actually take my order or process my payment. It's actually less work for you. But whatever. I pull around and go inside because last time they did this to me I waited 30 mins for them to bring me cold food. I literally walked in and was asked if I was waiting on the mobile. I said yes and then they magically had it ready sitting on their mobile stand. Took less than 2 mins to pull around and go inside. But best believe they were gonna have me sitting there for the full 7 minutes the girl tried to claim it would take and then bring me cold food. Idk what vendetta they have against mobile orders but regardless they should be treated as a regular order, there's the option to pick up in the drive through for a reason and no one should be pulled unless they actually are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just went in with my family order and made sure the young new cashier had everything right which she did they make are food and itās wrong not some of it all of it so the family my wife and kids eat anyways but I decide Iāll get mine remade after 15 mins or more I go ask if there remaking it and sheās like what are you talking about like I wasnāt just there so then the manager comes up there that as the employees says donāt mess with her some dike comes I ask her she say to me I was outside handling mgr stuff mgr stuff in the parking lot ok??? So I say ok Iāll just take a refund bc I donāt wanna wait even longer my whole family is done 3 month old ready to go home she says she canāt refund me when I havenāt even touched my food she says no and says I could not have my receipt back nor could she give me corporates number then she goes and gets her general manager which comes out in pajamas and Iām not kidding pajamas and then rolls her eyes and tells her to refund me and goes back to her office this is the worse restaurant I have ever been and will never go back not one person that went outside washed there hands they were talking about other employees and how they got his ass next time he slacks customers shouldnāt have to listen to mgt or employees talking while there dinning were there to eat and we are paying for are food which pays her dike ass pay check they treat us as if itās are problem they canāt do there job that Iām paying them to do not the owner not there mgr me and customers pay there check you might wanna...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Taco Bell in Pickens is pathetic. The workers struggle to keep the line moving, and when you pull up to order, they give you a list of what they're out of, including beef! Seriously? I waited in line, in the hot sun a couple of days ago, for at least 30 minutes. There was literally 4 cars in front of me...not alot. When I get to the window, the worker is frustrated ( probably because they simply can't keep up ) I had to repeat my order to this worker, at least 5 times, then she has the nerve to tell me not to get mad at her, to get out of line and come in the lobby, that she was the manager. I had a word or two for this SO CALLED MANAGER, then pulled around and parked, then went in to the lobby. One of the workers told another worker to come talk to me. I wasn't there for the food, and told her I didn't want to talk to anybody, that I wanted the owners number. One of the workers pointed to the door that had a number on it. They were suddenly MUTE! Do you think that anyone, OWNER, bothers to answer said phone number? Of course not. Not ever!!! I wish I could give this struggling Taco Bell, that's always out of food, where the workers have attitudes and are frustrated because they can't keep up, A ZERO!!!...
