Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in South Carolina

We visited this restaurant today for a four customer visit. (2 sets of 2 people) We came in and slowly and exactly what we wanted because we wanted some items different than pictured. For example: I wanted a kicking chicken meal with hot honey mustard instead of the Buffalo sauce the normally comes on the sandwich. The combo includes a drink. The lady taking our order tried to charge me for the drink. We caught the mistake and told her about it. She asks the manager how to do it but she still ended up with charging me for the drink. I politely told her it was wrong again. So the manager actually came over and fixed it. We were then called for both orders (mine and my husband's). Took it to the table and both orders were wrong. I took mine back to the register and again the lady said she dang it up right and didn't know why it didn't get fix right. So the manager remade it. Took it to the table and the order was still wrong. Manager asks me what I ordered and she has it fixed right, however the chicken fingers had very little sauce on them at all, but at this point I was done. I just decided I want going to get my order right no matter what. My husband had issues with his order as well but decided to just forget it because of the issues I had. THEN the other 2 person couple had multiple issues with their orders as well. They just dealt with it as well. One more complaint. The cashier looked dirty. Her uniform was not clean at all.

this 2000s trashy eyeliner with knotty ratty matted hair looking like a drug addict escaped from prison with wrinkles down to a hanging chin gave me the worst attitude i have ever gotten. i have never had a bad experience at this zaxbys and usually the workers are friendly and sweet. and shoutout to this one friendly guy working who was just so nice i did not catch his name. i walk up to the counter not even greeted with a hello? or a hows your day?? immediately met with attitude. i ordered two mozzarella cheese bites with ZAX SAUCE and a frozen strawberry lemonade. first of all i got a SMALL frozen lemonade which was not 2.99 and i was unknown of this. so i ask the lady if the frozen costs more than the normal strawberry lemonade and she said yes. so i say okay i will get the normal strawberry lemonade which comes up to be a dollar more??? even though she said its cheaper??? which she gives me attitude for pointing that out?? then the screen comes up for ranch and i ask for zax sauce. she says she will tell the worker that we want zax sauce. we get the order and its RANCH. thanks for telling them! meanwhile this whole time she is giving us dirty looks from the kitchen. i have never seen anybody with more attitude!! once again i usually never have problems...

Why this place still has almost 4 stars is beyond me. My parents had a very terrible time when trying to bring me home food not too long ago, knowing i love zaxby’s (certain locations) we decided to try it again. 1) this are literally the only Fast food chain to not let mobile order go through drive thru. doesn’t that defeat the whole purpose of fast and easy ordering? 2)when told to go inside to get our order the guy was very childish. there were ZERO cars in line inside and out. 3) my mom went in to grab the order for me she had to get one of the 4 people back their attention and ask for the order that had been sitting on the back counter with her waiting in store for 5 minutes. the girl said she would have to get her own drink bc they didn’t have sweet tea back where she was and none was made, then my mom told her there was no sweet tea by the drink machine, all the sudden tea magically appears behind the counter. 4) the COOK was drinking his own drink and coughing in his hands while making food. i’m scared to open my box of food and eat it. i’ve always had so much respect for those in food service, but not for a single person at this location. this zaxby’s...
