Very bad customer service. My father has been going there for many years but today was the worst experience hes had there. He asked the waiter for a plastic cup and a spoon. The waiter was giving him bad attitude and only gave him a cup. Since he wasnt given the spoon he got one from the counter and when the waiter saw this he started yelling at my father. My father got upset and his blood pressure when up and started feeling sick so he left. All because of this rude waiter. I called to make a complain to the manager and the same waiter answered.He claimed theres no manager, shouted obscene things to me and hanged up. Don't waste your time here. They have poor customer service, no manager, and they will yell disgusting things to you because they don't want to help you. The food is subpar. If you want some good salvadorian food don't look for it here. My family and I will never return to this...

The food here is really great and I love the pupusas though they do take quite some time to make. They come out perfect and flavorful. I say that as a person who is used to having pupusas homemade from a native Salvadoran. I have been here many times, never encountered rudeness from any of the wait staff, and have only found them to be helpful and kind. Since they changed their menu earlier this year, I have yet to order and try the crepes but plan to do so soon because I am very curious to know what crepes made in an El Salvadoran restaurant taste like. My only slight criticism about the place is that there aren't more staff that speak English, which isn't such a problem for me because I can get by speaking my very broken Spanish. I came in at 8:30pm and they had all the tables put away. They claimed they wanted to close exactly at 10pm. They said they didn’t want to dirty any tables. Weird you have an hour and a half left open for business. The final thing they made me never return here and write the review was the fact that we asked for coffee and they said they had no coffee.
