The customer service here is terrible. I came in looking for a 5 pack of lighters. The website said it was in stock. I asked 3 employees for help. The 1st one told me to go to the checkout lanes. I looked but they were the ones that had the long nozzles. I asked another employee and she said they're in the back wall by electronics. I walked up and down the entire back wall and saw no lighters. Then I went to a couple of aisles I thought they may be at and no luck. I was feeling frustrated because at this point I've been in the store for at least 30 minutes walking back and forth and had asked 2 employees for help. I went up to a 3rd employees and asked " Please can you help me, I've been looking for theses lighters ( shows him the lighters on the target website ) and asked 2 employees but I still can't find them. " He stated they were in the check out aisles. I told him that I already checked and couldn't find them and all he said was yeah they should be there. I had to basically beg him to please show me because I ve been walking all over the place. He clearly was annoyed by me asking. He takes me to BBQ aisle and said " Yeah they should be in check out lanes. I was so upset because I myself work in retail. I wouldn't just tell a customer were something is at. I would walk them to were the item is. Especially if they are having a hard time finding it. I took one final look at the checkout aisles. I literally went up and down EACH LANE!!! Looking like a dumbass because I had to excuse myself to the people waiting in the lines and still couldn't find them. I left and went to the Walgreens up the street. Honestly with all the backlash Target has been getting with the DEI issues and this experience I'm officially done with Target.
Oh and by the way the bathrooms there always stink. Today's visit I smelt them all the way down to the home...
Read moreI hate to start the New year with a negative note, but I have to be totally honest. As much as my husband and I like to visit this Target, because it is clean and the employees are very courteous. My big complaint is that every time we go there, they are short of Electrical shopping carts. The last visit I made they had 0 carts and I can't help thinking of all the disables persons who shop and spend quite a bit of money at this store. These people can not even get in to the store to shop. This is so unfair! My husband is disabled and he waits in the car, and I do his shopping. I feel really bad for him and others like him. If you have Diabetic Neuropathy, you would understand the need for these carts. It is worth hiring a part time employee dedicated to bringing the carts back in, so they are not stolen. It really does pay for itself. There are many people who have stopped shopping there, just for this reason. It's unfortunate, but...
Read moreVery upsetting! I Ordered quite a few items on the mobile app at 6pm. 1 hour had passed with no response confirming that my order was ready to be picked up. I decided to drive to the Target at 7 pm and wait in the parking lot till I got the confirmation. After waiting 2 hours I was quite upset because I had not seen many cars coming and going to the Drive Up section. Finally, at 9pm I was quite upset in my car so I headed straight to the service center to see why my items had not been processed. To my surprise as I stood there and watched contemplating whether to say something or not, I saw about 4 or 5 store associates including the shift lead hanging out, conversing and laughing as I watched. I asked the shift lead why my order had not been processed and he simply said, they were busy and that I need to return the next day. Why had my order not been processed? I definitely will not be returning to...
