Panda Express — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

I placed an order for pick up (it’s quicker for me as a mom of two toddlers) so when I arrived our order was ready and we decided to sit and dine there. The service was amazing, the place was so clean and the employee refilling all the supplies while we ate was so attentive. He was a young gentlemen, I was not able to see his name tag as he was moving so quickly and efficiently. Even though he was working on his own projects he was still attentive and helping customers around him, including us. My son spilled some food on the floor and I notified him about it so no one would slip, and he was so kind and patient. He said not to worry about it, and took care of it. Loved this location. Horrible service! They have no clue how to work it. They think having several different employees helping one person is going to make service faster....wrong! Simply have ONE employee help one customer! It's ridiculous that one serves the rice/chow mein, then passes it to another person and so on. At the most I've seen two employees help one customer but FOUR different employees!!!! Also...the employees are STUPID. When they were making my plate I was told to wait while they make more broccoli and beef. No problem! I went to grab a seat and when they called me to pick up my order, my plate only had rice!!!!! And I even asked the guy and he said "yeah, it's in there." Something just didn't feel right so I checked it and whatta know...just...

This was my first time here and the manager and employee was rude I will not be referring anyone to this location! They had me wait 10 mins for rice and wen I finally got it my rice was burnt idk if it was cause they were closing but they were all rushed to get us out!! I didn’t like the service I have my receipt aswell I will be contacting corporate .the manager didn’t bother to ask wat was wrong she knew I was upset and didn’t want to hear anything bout it her name was KARINA AND THE OTHER GIRL LAUGHING THINKING I IT WAS FUNNY...
