I specifically asked that my food be handed directly to me upon delivery. I asked that it not be contactless. After waiting 30 minutes past my anticipated delivery time, I happen to walk by my front window only to see my food sitting on my porch in TRASH BAGS. No idea how long my food had been sitting on my porch. By the time we brought it in, it was cold and the breadsticks were hard. No attempt was made to let me know my food was here. No knock. No doorbell. Beyond that, I did not receive all of my items from my order. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the restaurant to have the rest of my order delivered and I was never able to speak to someone. Even when I got through to someone on the new order line and explained the situation, they just put me back on hold until the main menu picked me back up. I get that it is hard to find good help (or any help for that matter) right now, but as a company, you should have enough pride in your product that you would rather close a store than deliver as poor of an experience as you did to me and my family on Sunday. The employee was clueless and said we never called. How would I have known that you ran out of bone-in wings if I didn't call and order some earlier? I requested to speak to the manager. It look 10 minutes for a manager to get on the phone. I'm sure she was taking her time so that she wouldn't get in trouble with her manager. Eventually the manager gets on the phone and starts to say that they came to my house to deliver the pizza. My family room is next to the front door, no one ever came. Then he said that he got the wrong phone number and that I called last night to order a pizza and that it was a prank. First of all, I didn't call for a pizza last night and secondly, how dare you accuse someone of something they didn't even do. Admit you were wrong and fix the problem. These people are unbelievable. I have half a mind to call Pizza Hut HQ to place an complaint. Literally the worst customer...

All totaled to $35.00 hours later still no food so I called and they said they had 3 online orders for an Anita under my phone number. Ok, gave them my correct order, there was clearly a glitch. No big deal. They requested my card information again but I pulled up my banking app while on the phone and see a transaction had already been posted to my account for $43 which was more than the amount of my order. I tried to explain this and the associate kept speaking over me in an attempt to not let me speak, getting rude every time I tried to explain and yelling at me saying āI only work here, call my manager in the morningā then hanging up on me!! I have called corporate, filed a complaint and requested a refund.. $43 dollars later for my family to still be unfed, disrespected and hung up on. NEVER...
