They work their adolescent employees longer than they should. They do not support their education nor their obligations to their education. Any time off needed is met with threats of being terminated. This is strictly a business who is out to make money and not support or encourage their employees to further their education nor current students who should not be threatened with termination when choosing their education over their job. This is a perfect example of of a corporation with one focus and no concern for their juvenile employees who do not wish to work in fast food their whole life yet better themselves through education. Truly sad there are still business out there with this attitude and managers who use and abuse the fact there are so many young people in the workplace they think they can work to the point where their education only comes second. I am not here to bash a local restaurant but calling them and complaining only results in someone trying to offer some bs free meal or lame giftcard. I hope this sends some message to management that corrections need to be made or proper training needs to happen. Some sort of accountability somehow. Nobody takes blame anymore,,anyway simple.
