Horrible place to go.
I ordered 2 chicken wraps and a pot pie combo through the web app on 12/19/2023 5:14 pm Order 77965209. I arrived and saw the order was not ready yet, but I saw my order on the monitor. There was no one in line inside and the place was not busy and the drive thru only had a car or 2. I went to the register and there was no one there. I waited about 10 minutes and many times the drive-thru lady looked at me but never once yelled at anyone to say guest up front. Finally, a guy did come from the back and yelled to someone to come up. It still took a few minutes for a lady to come up. By that time a couple more customers were waiting behind me. You could tell she had zero interest in taking care of anyone. I told her I had the app order and pointed to my order on the monitor. I asked for a drink cup so I could fill it while she gets the order. She said yes, then ignored me and asked the guy behind me what he wanted. I asked again for the drink cup and got it, after I was ignored the first time. They took care of 2 people’s orders who came in after me. That was another 10-minute wait. The lady goes to the back again and is not making my order. In the meantime, a 3rd person is waiting, and asked me what is taking so long. I told him they are in no hurry to make any orders. After a while the lady comes out of the back and begins to make my wraps. She is so slow and appears bothered that she has to do work. She could be timed with a sun dial. The guy behind me got aggravated and left without ordering. At this point I am past a 20-minute wait. The girl finally goes to get a pot pie and the warmer is empty. She goes in the back and does not come back out. A guy came out of the back and told me they don’t have pot pies. They made me wait 20+ minutes, filled orders behind me, had a guy walk out, before they ever even looked to see if they had what I ordered. The workers were not even aware of someone walking out because they spent so much time in the back. I asked for a refund and was told I had to do it on the app. When I went to the app the order said it had been completed. I looked up and saw the order completed on the monitor. I couldn’t modify or cancel the order because they marked them early as completed to improve their service times. The guy behind the counter and I got into an argument because he was rude as hell. I was so mad that they made me wait so long and serve people ordering behind me. I called customer service from my car to try to get a refund. I got a call center in India. I went through to whole story and then was transferred and had to start over with another Indian customer service rep. At 6:23 pm the 1 hour and 9-minute mark since placing my order I finally had a refund.
Went to little Caesar's and picked up a pizza and went home aggravated.

Read moreI went here for dinner and got a 8 piece family meal with 2 extra pieces of fish. They forgot the 2 extra pieces of fish and 2 pieces of chicken from the family meal. The food also tasted gross and like it had been sitting out, especially the chicken. We got the peach cream sweet lighting and they were half full after the fizz. I called them when I noticed the missing food and didn't even mention the other stuff and just chalked that up to being a bad night. I spoke with a woman who I forgot to ask her name (I know shame on me) and she told me that they would replace it and she would let her manager know bc she wasn't going to be there when my husband was going to pick it up later in the evening. My husband stopped by to get the food and they refused to replace it bc I forgot to get the ladies name and the manager left for the day. The young lady I spoke to refused to give her name as well and was very rude and over talked most of the phone call and advised she was just doing her job. I am calling tomorrow to speak with the manager and request and full refund due to this as I will not be going back to this location any time soon. I don't mean to be a Karen lol and I know this is long winded but I did my part as a consumer and they failed to fulfill their part as a business.
