it’s not that serious in reality but TELL ME WHY my whole family ordered Dairy Queen and my grandma wanted a vanilla M&M blizzard but that wasn’t available for mobile order and I always get a chocolate M&M blizzard it’s always perfect. But not today. I had surgery earlier and I’m in a lot of pain and my family ordered Dairy Queen just for me because I was feeling bad and MY CHOCOLATE M&M blizzard came in VANILLA which wasn’t even an option when ordering. We drove through the other night for a large cheesecake blizzard and small milkshake. We were shocked when the blizzard was over $7 and milkshake (small) was $5. We had a DQ rewards coupon for a $2 small milkshake so that was at least good until we get to checkout and they say we don't have a scanner and without apologizing, asking if we want it still, etc. They run out credit card. The milk shake was ok but not worth $5 that's for sure. It was small for that. The blizzard was also not worth it as the cup still had room in it which normally at other locations it is almost over flowing, it wasn't served upside down, and there were barely any chunks of the cheesecake at all. Bad experience, I’ve ordered the same large blizzard with triple heath for years at multiple locations and it’s always about $5.50. This location overcharged in my opinion and the total came to $7.96. I’m gonna try and show a picture of what I received because there’s barely any topping on the top and the bottom was solid vanilla and no toppings. Conversations over the microphone placing my order and asking why the price was so high and then again at the pick up window, for good customer service you would think they would want to put a little topping on there because they know they’re charging two dollars more than normal.
