Second review- this is the absolute worst Taco Bell location that I have ever gone to in my life, and I hate to admit but I eat Taco Bell almost every single day. It doesn't matter if you're in the drive-thru, doesn't matter if you are walking customer, it doesn't matter if you order ahead online, you're waiting a minimum of 10-15 minutes no matter what. There could be one car in the Drive-Thru and two people in the dining room and you're still waiting 10-15 minutes. Not to mention when you walk in no one says hello, no one says it'll be a few minutes, nothing. There's never anyone at the register nobody looks at you, nobody acknowledges your existence. It doesn't matter what time of day. It just doesn't matter. Never an apology there's never it's going to be a few minutes, nothing. They mess up your order no apology. I don't know if there's ever a manager at this location it seems as if there's just a bunch of people that hate life and people. This is not my first bad review it wanted me to delete my original review before I could post this one so I just kept it and it's after this one if you scroll down. I think it's important because apparently nothing is being done about this. I'm a delivery driver full-time, which means not only does it affect the food, and the customer, it affects my money and what I make day today. And if I get a bad review due to the length of time that it's taken to pick up and deliver an order, that also affects my pay, and my day on top of my customers. I don't know who manages this location, but they really need to get on the ball and do something about this. The people here are rude slow and do not give a damn about anything. It's completely ridiculous I'm lazy. It's awful because not only has this been brought to the attention of the employees, but also the manager, the district manager, and Anyone who reads these reviews. Nobody is doing their job. It's time to work people just like the rest of us. Do your jobs starting at the tippy top apparently it blows my mind it's ridiculous how this place is even still in business at this location but it blows my mind the most that nobody at the top has bothered to do anything about it. It takes a lot for me to go on to Google and leave a review. It's either got to be amazing service or it's completely awful service. I would love to update my rating on this because this location is what's closest to my home and the one that I'm around most what I work. But I can tell you now if I have the option or opportunity to go to a different location, even if it's out of my way takes more time for me and more gas I go. That is sad. This place needs to get their act together upper management needs to make sure of it.
First review - Not even am apology! Really disappointed. This is the first time that I've ever ordered on the app and also paid on the app prior to pickup. I ordered 7 items and added refried beans to 3 burritos. When I arrived they said they were out of refried beans and proceeded to tell me they couldn't even refund my money. I asked if they could just add two doritos locos tacos to compensate even though this affected three items and they said no. I had no choice but to take the messed up order since they refused to refund my money. I asked at the window if my sauce was included and was told yes however it was the wrong sauce. I come to this location 4-5 times a WEEK and to be treated this way is disappointing. I offered to deal with the mistake for two tacos which I think is more than fair and was blown off. I don't like giving negative reviews but I think its ridiculous that they refused to do something so small to keep a regular customer somewhat satisfied and avoid negative reviews about their location but I guess some people just don't care if it affects their business as long as it doesn't affect them directly. I will also be reading out to corporate if this isn't somehow rectified once this review is recieved by someone higher up the ladder that actually does care about how their business is...

One of the worst experiences i have ever received at a fast food restaurant. We ordered $30 in food. We received our items and were told that some of the items wouldnt have cheese. We were not given a receipt and told it was because the receipt printer wasn't working. Before leaving the parking lot we checked our bag to make sure all the food was in there. Unfortunately we were missing 4 of our items. We decided to go to the door and ask for the missing items. A manager opened the front door and said they couldn't help us unless we went back in line. We went back in line and waited another 10 minutes. Once we reached the speaker we let them know about our food that was missing. We were told that our food was ready at the first window. Arrived to the front window and they told us we couldn't receive the food because they needed prove of what we were missing. While waiting, other employees in the kitchen were making unprofessional rude remarks about not wanting to remake any food. They claimed too many people were complaining that they were not getting there food as well and wouldn't make anything. We handed them our bag with everything we got from our first order.They took out all items from the bag, checked our food, with no gloves, relized they had not given us the 3 items and also found out they had given us a burrito we did not order. After 5-10 more minutes of asking if we would get our food. We were told to come back in the morning to talk to the GM and get our money back. We requested to get some sort of recipet or confirmation to ensure we would get our refund and where told we couldn't get anything. We requested to speak to the manager who told us to go back in line the first time and he refused to come to the window. After 5 more minutes we were told that they knew they didn't give us a receipt, they were aware of the mistake they had made, claimed it was because they were low on supplies and becaes they were short staffed. Refused to refund us or re make out order and told us to come back in the morning. I highly recommend not going here. Read moreMy family and I moved to Amelia in May, and the first time I bought dinner for us here it was great. The person greeting customers at the window was very friendly and enthusiastic, the food was fresh and hot, and the order was complete and accurate. Since then, I have been back several times, with each trip getting progressively worse. There have been at least 6 attempts to get food from here that have ended with me being unable to even place an order, as they were "out of all meat", "unable to serve anything grilled", "only taking cash", "only taking credit cards"....the list goes on. When we have actually been able to place orders, items have been wrong or missing, every single time. The girls working the window have been exceptionally unfriendly. Getting sauce is like pulling teeth, whereas every other taco bell heaps handfuls of sauce in the bag if you ask (there was an instance where i asked for extra fire sauce when i ordered, my bag came and there were 4 packets for about 15 items. I asked for more, and she huffily handed me 3 packets I again stated that i needed a lot of sauce, and she finally gave me about 6 more packets). I tried to go there tonight, after working two jobs, and get dinner for my family. When I got to the speaker at the drive-thru, I was told they were only taking cash and they were out of anything grilled. I struggle to understand this at all. Taco Bell as a corporation recently simplified their menu to avoid these situations. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, and I am usually very tolerant. However, the way people are treated here and the unavailability of menu items and the inaccuracy of order fulfillment and the unavailability of payment methods are all completely unacceptable. I genuinely hope Taco Bell as a corporation revokes the franchise license for this location, as it is a disgrace to the brand. I have officially learned my lesson, and will be inconvenienced greatly by driving much further to other Taco Bells when my family decides this is what they want for dinner.
