I went through the drive-through to order. when I got to the second window I was given the wrong order .I let the employee know and was asked to pull up to the third window .as I waited for my order to come out,I saw everyone that was parked getting their food, but my food never came so I opened my door, stuck my head out and asked, the person at the second window “hey did you guys forget about me?” He came to the third window and asked to see my receipt. I gave him my receipt but once I looked at the time, I realize that I had to go because my lunch break was over. I walked inside not even a minute after I had given him the receipt and said “hey, you know what I’ll just get a refund because I’m not going to be able to eat my food because my lunch break is over” the employee said OK and told,the girl behind the registers. she began to walk away from the registers at the same time saying “no the she’s not ,she’s not getting ****,she’s not getting no *** refund ,She shouldn’t have came on her break. I said “excuse me what do you mean I can’t get a refund,I never got my food”. “I want my money back” .she continue to go back and forth about how I shouldn’t come on my break and I’m not getting anything back. she called me every name in the book and told me I looked a mess in my work clothes because No one wears vans or fanny packs anymore. The manager walked over to refund me, but the employee continued to go back-and-forth after the manager asked her to walk away ,to stop talking and to let it go repeatedly. About two months prior to this incident. I came early a.m. to get breakfast, but no one greeted me,took my order or even acknowledge me at all. even if they wanted me to use the machines to place my order they never said anything. Read moreThis was by far the worst McDonald’s that I ever went to. The attitudes are horrible and need a quick adjustment, if you do not like where you work change it. You don’t get to take your attitude, or issues out on customers period! The girl at the drive-through was very rude did not greet me, or tell me the total. She just took my money and then handed me the change with frown on her face, she also got smart with me at the drive-through speaker when I asked a question regarding my order. I then encountered the woman at the last window who actually handed my food off to me, she was rude as well with absolutely zero customer service skills. This location will close quickly unless some major adjustments are made with the attitude and the delivery of the products that are being served. Customers who keep your business going, you cannot treat them like you are mad that they are there!
Now let me get to my food that was given to me. First of all, I asked for a hamburger no pickle. I was given a cheeseburger wrapped in hamburger paper, I ordered my fries cooked to order because I despise cold McDonald’s fries. I was given old fries that had been under the heat lamp for I don’t know how long, and My sweet tea was basically water!
I’m not sure who owns this location, but your employees are running your business in the ground !

My experience i had was i ordered from the drive thru alot of food for my family and i told the guy at the window several times to double check my ordered and when i reached home i got all wrong order, i ended up calling the store that following evening and the manager was like come back we will refunded you your money an you can keep the meal, i told her i live half hour away and i can't come right now so she then ask when can i come i said tomorrow which was Sunday. When i arrived to get the refund she then ask wheres the food i said you really expected me to take the food back to you today after you have told me i can keep the food and return for the refund so i ended up walking out without the refund, the point is it wasn't my mistake i warned them several times to check because i was driving i didn't have the time to check.
