Food was exactly what we, a party of 2, expected from BWW. This visit was a train wreck from the instant we walked in. No one to greet patrons at the host table. A man, who was sitting at a table behind the host table, seemed to be annoyed that he had to leave his beer to greet a patron. Just a "you want a high top or a booth?" We were pointed to a staff member who literally pointed to an empty booth for us to sit. We were told that there was a party of 60 on the other side of the restaurant and that "things are crazy and you need to hurry up and place your order" We placed an order and received our food and received it fairly quickly, but very soon after received the bill as well. We sat and watched while wait staff played with each other's hair, hid in a corner to play on cell phones, and "shuffle" around to look busy when who I presume to be the manager came around. I would have ordered a draft beer had there been a bartender. The entirety of our visit, there was not a bartender.
I understand that a group of 60 will place a large burden on an establishment, however, I'm also of the understanding that a group of that size would not be taken without a prior notice. There seemed to be no organization and/or leadership to the staffing. Hopefully this establishment can get things...
Read moreThey open at 11am and we there at 11:25. There was only 5 other customers there, one at bar and 4 at a table. We stood until 12 before being helped. To the left one girl was waiting on the only table with ppl and she looked at us a couple times and walked away. To our right ,where there was no customers ,three girls stood talking and two of them were facing us. One finally came over and said know one has helped you yet ,I didn't see you.wow she stood talking for a half hour looking at us. So we get a table and order food,15 mins later they bring food that was not what we ordered. It belonged to a table on the other side of restaurant. So we get our food finally and they still had it wrong. My order was ok but my companion order bbq chipotle traditional wings and a cup of chilli. He got plain wings and a bowl of chilli. When he told them about the wings they said we will bring you a side order of wings but instead brought him a cup of the rub or spices that should of been put on as soon as they were cooked not when they got cold. The spice would not stick to the cold wing's. The worst experience at a wild wings ever. The girls all just stood around talking to each other....
Read morePlaced a takeout order an hour and a half ahead of time before picking it up. Waited ten mins at desk to get the order. Live 40 mins from the establishment, finally got home and realized the entire order was completely botched. 2 family bundles of 20 piece with a side of fries each, 3 dipping sauces for each family bundle. The order I received consisted of one family bundle with no sauce on the wings at all, so I had to improvise with sauce I had in my fridge, no dipping sauces either so I had to use dip in my fridge, and the other order didn’t even have 20 wings. Four were missing. Oh and no fries, at all with either order. Nearly $50. I suppose I should’ve made sure the order was correct before heading to my home 40 mins away, but not at all did I think the order could get that messed up. One mistake, I can deal with, this many is a bit overboard. In conclusion, if I wanted to eat the cheap sub par ranch in my fridge with Tyson chicken nuggets doused in whatever hot sauce I had, with no sides... I could’ve done that for free here at my house. Wasted commute and...
