I have been to this restaurant very rarely because even with a empty drive through and the tables empty inside it still takes 30 minutes to get your food. The first time we went it took an hour with 3 people at tables, and me and my husband and one other car in the drive through. I love burger kings food. We went to the window and watched 5 employees standing around laughing, no one was working and they were eating food and drinking things. Second time we sat in the drive through and the lady at the window was really rude because my husband "interrupted her work" to ask for more ketchup, she was cutting up with her buddies. The last time was this last Friday March 29th 2025. We were the ONLY people there, took forever to get our order taken in the drive through, got to the window and just for the record our pit chewed up my husband's old wallet a year ago right after he got his new card so his card has been damaged every single time we've went to this restaurant. When the card didn't work the first time we explained they'd have to try it again and it would work (as it always has) instead the man at the window who's name tag said "Queen" acted like we had no clue what we were talking about about and him and another female worker acted like it was such a hard thing and they needed to type it in manually (they didn't they just needed to stick it in the machine again) and we sat there for 10 minutes while they tried to figure it out. After ten minutes we knew our food would've been cold so my husband just said don't worry about the food and we took our card back and left, went straight to Arby's where the card worked 1ST TRY! Read moreFirst, I love BK, specifically the crispy royal wraps. But I wholeheartedly believe that this particular BK needs a revamp in workers, especially management. We come, on average, once every couple of months because I think, "surely, it'll be good service this time, they can't suck EVERY visit." But sure enough. I also believe drug tests, random and multiple, would be a good idea.
One visit, they got my order wrong TWICE. I was super polite, smiled, understand things happen, just wanted it fixed when I took it in the second time (There are certain issues as to why certain items can't be eaten) Anyway, I believe she was a supervisor and after waiting an EXTENDED amount of time for a new wrap, the lady grabs it from where it had been sitting the whole time, drops it in the floor. She then proceeds to pick it up, fix it in the wrapper, all the while she is in front of me with me watching, and then realizes I'm watching her, and asks "do you want a different one?" Like seriously?
I have had 1 friendly waitress, and she got yelled at by someone in the back because she put sliced cheese and the woman that yelled at her thought it8 should have been shredded. I told the yelling lady I wanted sliced, even though she really didn't ask and I do prefer shredded, but like, don't yell at her.
During this same visit, I also watch a man go in and out of the building several times, vape in the middle of the doors, and never wash his hands all the while putting food in bags.

Read moreRecently, I visited this location to order dinner for the evening. I was greeted like this "WelcometoBurgerKingmyItakeyourorder" It sounds just like you would read it. I then asked a question about what came with the special that was listed on the store window. He read off every possible combination that you could order, add and take off, and give you a total with tax on your order. I could not get a word in after hearing what I finally wanted to order. This has to be the fastest talker at any local fast food restaurant. The dine-in line began to grow quickly, as it was difficult to place my order.
As I was waiting, no one was notified that their order was ready. Food was just sitting on the counter unattended. No one could pick up their to go orders since they didn't know which bags belonged to them.
My order was ready, and the same order taker slammed my food bag on the counter. Part of the food fell out of the bag and onto the counter. As the food was just laying there, the order taker just left to take the next order. No apologies or offers to remake the food that he caused to spill out of the bag!
Regional management needs to visit this store before service gets any worse! The order taker needs an employment evaluation. Pay special attention to the large built man with a white goatee by the cash register. I'm not sure of his name, but he is very noticeable. Until things get under control, find another...
