Went through the drive thru last night at around 10pm. Was told BEFORE WE WERE EVEN GREETED that "We are only accepting exact payment in cash and our card machine isn't working.." we said OK and the man said "Ok then what can I get you". Ordered a #2 double with fries, he immediately says "No fries"..ok, mozzarella sticks then? "Ok what else"? We finished our order and it came to $21.94. Get to the window and give him $25 and he VERY RUDELY says, "Uhh, I TOLD YOU that it was EXACT CASH ONLY"! I said, "Are you SERIOUS? You literally only need to make change of a couple of dollars..so NOBODY had paid in cash tonight to make change of a couple dollars??" He LEANS OUT THE WINDOW AND IN YELLS "UHH YES I AM SERIOUS!! BYE!!" I mean WHERE IS THE LEADERSHIP IN THIS STORE??!! ALL OF THE "EMPLOYEES" WERE OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT JUST HANGING OUT..ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!! We did what EVERYONE ELSE that was in their drive thru did..WE WENT NEXT DOOR TO BURGER KING!! DO BETTER ARBYS!! And to the "guy" in the drive thru window last night, YOU should NOT be working directly with people..you are too easily offended and your reaction is WHY...
   Read moreEvery experience here is a disaster. Ordering online they are never even remotely close to the schedule pickup time so you just stand around waiting in the lobby. Barry seldom are you acknowledged in a timely manner by any of the employees.
One night I placed an order for dine-in through their app on the way to a sleep study. I get there to get my food and I'm greeted at the door that is locked by an employee leaving telling me that I'll have to go through the drive-thru even though I was within their lobby hours. I ended up wasting about 30 minutes and left without my food. Spoke with the husband of the supposed general manager to no avail. All Arby's did was refund my money and that was it. Even though they wasted over 30 minutes of my time and I ended up not being able to eat before the sleep study, apparently That's just the cost of doing business with this Arby's location.
I would definitely find somewhere else to eat before trying to do business with...

When I went inside to order there was no one in line, and no one took the time to acknowledge that i was there, let alone take my order. it took several minutes before anyone bothered to come to the counter, there were several folks behind it just no one stepping up to take an order. All the drive up vehicles seemed to be thier only focus...... once my order was taken things went pretty well till it came to the fries and that was a real bottle neck. They were only dropping single baskets and using them up very quickly then they'd fill & drop another one (there were other baskets available to be used, they just weren't using them).
