Don't waste your time nor your money here!!!!! We stopped here on our way home from Florida.
There were five of us in our party. We were seated rather quickly, which wasn't surprising since there were maybe 8 customers in the whole restaurant. That should have been our first red flag. (Actually, the first red flag was how dirty the entrance was as we came in. But, we were tired from a day of traveling and just wanted to have dinner and celebrate my niece's birthday. So, I didn't say anything to my mom or the staff... )
After we were seated we finally had our drink order taken. Got our drinks and then began placing our orders.
I told the waitress that my order was to be on a separate ticket and that I wanted the queso and chips as my meal. I asked her to please not serve it until the rest of my family had their food. She said, "No problem!".
The rest of my family placed their orders.
While we were waiting for our food I stepped outside to give my husband a quick call and stretch my legs. I kept watching through the window to see if our food had come and it hadn't yet, but I figured it should be coming anytime. So, I went back in to my family.
After being at the table for a few moments my chips and queso arrived. But, my family's food didn't. I was frustrated, I told the server who wasn't our server that I had specified that I didn't want my food until my family's food came. He just looked at me and walked away. So... I began to eat, I didn't want it to get cold. Still my family didn't have their food. I looked at my cell phone to see what time I had stepped outside to call my husband. It had been over 25 minutes since I had called him!!! My family still didn't have their food!!!
Just as I was getting ready to head to the kitchen to tell them to cancel our order. They brought my niece's food. It was ICE cold!!!!! The chicken syrups were cold the mac 'n cheese was so cold that it had gelled!!!
I grabbed her plate and took it to the kitchen and told them that we were done! Cancel our order!!
As I was standing at the kitchen entrance once of the employees was standing there eating. RIDICULOUS!!!
The waitress asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. Absolutely I do!! So, I returned to our table to wait.. And...wait.... we had to waaaaait because she was OUTSIDE!!!!
When she finally graced us with her presence. I explained to her what our entire experience had been all she could say was "ok".
As I stood there and looked at her all I could think was how disheveled she looked and how "out of it" she was acting. Then it all came together... She was HIGH as a kite!!!!! Even my 16 year niece could tell she was high!!!
When we left the restaurant I drove around the back of the restaurant. There were at least 6 to 8 people in the fenced in area that connects to the back of the restaurant. I'm positive they were all out there smoking!!
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's.
We lost basically an hour of our time and then we had to go find somewhere else to eat. So much for being able to take my niece to her favorite place.
Unfortunately, nothing will be done...
Read moreI went to the restaurant recently 1/13/17 and experienced a 40 minute wait to be seated. Because it was a Friday night that was not the concern and should be expected from one of two chain restaurants in the city. The service was exceptionally slow and the mere ordering of the meal took almost 40 additional minutes. The appetizer chili fries was incomplete had no scallions and when asked to supply the scallions they came with a white substance surrounding them as if they had been chopped on a board with cheese or something else on it. Water was never refilled and there was no NO attention to the guests. We were a party of 6- As the food finally arrived after spending close to 2 hours seated, most of the orders were incomplete, uncooked, over-seasoned, and rather pathetic. The dry rubbed ribs had a thick layer of what appeared to be salt and other spices that when shaken made a pile of spice on the plate-absolutely unacceptable. The corn was frozen in the center which was sent back. At our table alone, orders had to be sent back, readjusted, and finally refused. For this to be one of two restaurants in the city it seems as though attention to detail, customer service and quality would be the order of the day. This visit was not my first yet consistently the worse experience in my dining experiences.
I will refuse to ever go to this Chili's again and however I do hope that you will get your service together, transform or close. If I had been able to vote less than the one star...

And they were trying to get his attention for Ice cream. He totally ignored them. Walked right past them.Luckily you had someone there with customer service skills that came to the rescue.. My mom is 70 years old and that was the first time in almost a year after my father's passing she felt like getting out. And this was the place my mom chose... Never again.... Chillis back in the day was the place to visit. But, customer satisfaction for service . Is no more. In 2015 the guy with dreadlocks that works the bar.
