Genuinely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. This is the closest McDonald’s to me and every time I get delivery or take out something is always messed up. It’s not like it’s something simple messed up either I will have entire burgers or drinks missing. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I’ve had a ten piece nugget missing after I went through the drive through. I immediately pulled into a parking spot and my partner went inside with my receipt and bag of food and they were extremely rude about giving him a replacement. I’ve had deliveries where I had two large drinks missing and another where an entire big mac was gone. (And the bags were still sealed so it was like that when they made it) Today was my breaking point. I had two normal cheese burgers that had nothing on them. Just the bread and meat. No straws which is a normal occurrence. But what really upset me is they had prepared the bag and gave me the bag with the two large fries UPSIDE DOWN. There was not enough room in that bag for those fries to flip like that because the bag was packed full. They prepared that bag and put those fries in upside down, fries spilled everywhere. Read moreEverytime we come to this McDonald’s there seems to be an issue. Regardless of the time of day. It’s sad that the residents of this community can’t even count on a fast food establishment to serve them. Upon arrival we are normally greeted with “the system is down and we cannot serve you at this time” . Lunch hours, dinner hours or breakfast hours, it does not matter. I do not believe that the system is down, I believe that we have a lack of work ethic in this town and that it is easier for the current employees to say that the system is down instead of preparing an order for a paying customer. McDonald’s should be ashamed of the lack of effort from their employees. To add to the lack of effort, when they do decide that they are willing to work, it never seems to fail that we are greeted with the most disrespectful attitude. I understand from working in the food industry that the job can be difficult and the customers can be even more difficult. However the lack of consideration and respect for the customer is very off putting. I find it hard to believe that the McDonald’s Corporation condones this behavior or supports this kind of service to its “valued” customers. Oh she act like she didn't know what to do so she asked me do I want to go to the drive-thru and make my order I told her to drive through too long why would I come inside if I want to go to the drive-thru then she said well do you want to use the kiosk and I was like I don't know how to use that's what you came after you act like she didn't know how to use it all she had to do is take to open up the other register and that credit card machine was working I just don't understand it there must be more training done at the store if the manager act like she don't know what she's doing how to solve problems I will continue to go to the store but I hope you all fixed the problem when I'm down...
