Ocean's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

I normally eat something from here 2-3 times a week. But tonight they got my order wrong, and instead of catfish fillets we were served catfish streaks. These things have the biggest bones that I have ever seen in a piece of fish. When I got my treat home from my wife walking to the restaurant and walking back, I was very hungry and opened up the tray and grabbed a piece and but into it only to be stabbed through the roof of my mouth with a bone the size of my thumb. Incidentally when I gasped for air I sucked one of small bones into my windpipe. So, I walked back to the restaurant after I finally caught my breath, to be treated very unpleasantly by I guess this nasty looking dude that came out of the kitchen, and charged extra for their mistake. I order food here often, I'm a college student they have great deals. My favorite is the 15 boneless special... (Dear Mgmt: never get rid of this) customer service can use a littl help. The food is worth the wait if you don't call in. It's attached to a gas station so not the idea location to dine in. I recommend carry out. Check your bags and meals before leaving the location though. Apparently from the other reviews they have given out the wrong order a couple of times which is common in dine out facilities. I've never had an issue with them. But I'd check before leaving that way you can correct the problem on the spot rather than waiting or having to drive back up...

First off you in line me forever even though you had a call in so by the time you make it to the window and get your food it’s Luke warm/kool…on top of that please don’t get anything with onions nor bell pepper’s if you want them sautéed because it’s gone be like the just warmed them up and put it on your sandwich…super crunchy and nasty🤮 they need a lesson on how to sauté veggies…and if a person coming through drive through to place they order I feel you should ask them to park because the people behind them has call ins and your food cold by the time you wait on they order to get cooked…and sometimes you be like the...
