As an Uzbek visiting Orlando from out of state, I was so happy to find this restaurant â it truly feels like home. The menu is full of authentic favorites: the samsa was crisp and savory, the lagman rich and flavorful, and the fresh bread came out warm, just the way it should. The Osh (plov) was outstanding â fragrant rice, tender meat, and perfectly balanced spices. It tasted exactly like the plov I know from back home, and it was clear the chef put real care into it. I also want to give special thanks to our server, Habiba, who made the experience even better. She was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the dishes, which made us feel truly welcomed. The dips are always freshly made, and thereâs a wide variety of vibrant saladsâperfect for the vegetarians in our group. If youâre unsure what to order, the servers are fantastic at tailoring recommendations to your palate. A special shoutout to Saida, who did a splendid job taking care of us.

On top of that, the service itself was poor and not attentive at all. This is not acceptable for a restaurant environment and I would not recommend coming here unless these issues...
