I stopped in on my way home from work. Dropped in the Drive-Thru window. When I got to the order area there was already an order sitting on the screen. Nobody answered when i drove up. So I said hello is anyone there. Man came on about two minutes later and said just a moment please I sat there for a moment he came back on. I told him there was already in order on the menu ordering area. He said do you want that as a meal? I told him I did not order that sandwich. He said just a moment. I waited another five minutes and said hello. I said, I'm ready to order now and I tried to order and he told me to hold on. So I held on again another 2 minutes. later he came back on and I tried to order again told him that I did not order the sandwich on the menu board and he said something I couldn't understand and I told him, I don't understand what you're saying. he says I don't understand either. So I drove up to the window and the man that was trying to take my order was there and I told him, I'm going to write a review about this place and he says go. and swishes his hand away telling me to leave. Then I told him I would never return to that Burger King again and he made the swishing motion again for me to leave. He said he was the manager at the store. Don't think that's true. it's hard to believe that someone that callous could manage a store. He did not understand or speak English very well and should not have been on that headset if he couldn't handle the job. I hope whoever owns this franchise reads these reviews because I'm not the only one that has issues there's a lot of other...

Friday, March 29 was by far the worst one yet... a guy manager/supervisor arguing with me how I didnt order my food in a certain way...
Then I see the cooks preparing the food in an incorrect way... I tell the manager/supervisor and again he argues that it was one way instead of what I had just seen and when he asked the cook I was right...
Then the manager/supervisor displays an attitude of disgust...
Burger king managers/supervisor if you can stand the heat... my friend get out of the kitchen...

Sad because this location is right down the street from where I...
Read moreI am very upset after leaving this Burger King today. The manger Rose Mary was very rude and argumentative. I went in letting her know how my froot loop shake didn't taste good, that I did not receive the two cookies I payed for and how my drinks all tasted flat. She was very aggressive towards me like I was the one who messed up on my order. I let her know my food was great and I did not want my food replaced only my drinks and two cookies. She proceeded to give me an attitude and at first refused to replace my shake. She never apologized for the mistake only tried argue with me. I asked for the number to corporate but of course it's a franchise. Why else would she be so rude? She then asked where I worked like knowing where I work was relevant to the cause. I called the number she gave me but the lady on the phone sounded very unprofessional herself. I asked if I could speak to victor and she claimed she was Victor (district manager) I wanted to speak to the owner of the Burger King since it was a Franchise. I am livid with the experience I got today. I feel sorry for her. She must really...
