McDonald's — Restaurant in Pine City

Updating again .... I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a large Coke instead I get to the window and he has two McDoubles and a large fry on my order. I asked him the correct it He couldn't figure out how to correct it and put money back on my card He said it would be fine. I get my order and I didn't get my coke I got two double cheeseburgers and a large fry that I didn't want, And it's not even a large fry It's like a small fry or children's little bag fry so I didn't get the pop I ordered I got up charged for french fries that I didn't want for a large quantity and didn't even receive a small wow what a joke. The lady at the window where they hand out the food just looked at me like a deer in the headlights and so I left she didn't know what to do either....Updating my review... I've been back to this location five times in the last 3 months and thrown away my meal four out of five times because it was so dry and cold when I took it out of the bag once I got on the highway that I couldn't even begin eating the leather. Aug10th 2024 I returned my burger 2 times in store ordering because it was cold and the fries 3x all in about 2 minutes because the workers just don't give crap about you or quality... Well been over a year since I left my last review decided to try the new double Big Mac extra saucy burger that they're advertising. Dry super dry I think it had less sauce than a regular Big Mac it could be just the extra meat patties but I have photos here also my box of fries wasn't even half full The picture doesn't even reflect how empty the box was cuz after I pick two fries out of the box I could see the bottom it was just a big air pocket in a box that wasn't even half full. McDonald's in general your quality has gone way down not that the bar was set high before and your prices are Ridiculous higher than what they should be. Given the quality of your product is poor. Everyone should just go and get a burger at a bar and grill because I can get a sit-down meal in the same amount of time as it takes to go through a line at McDonald's and get a healthy Real cooked meal for the same...

Stopped quick for a bite to eat. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo with an orange juice, a diet coke, two hash browns and two biscuits with cheese. As I drove out of the drive thru I noticed I was missing two hash browns and one biscuit with cheese. Went to go inside and to let them know but the door was locked. Ok no big deal even though I saw other people inside that didn't have uniforms on. Went back through the drive thru. They said to go to the second window to get the food. The guy was going to tell them what I was missing. Was hoping to go to curbside so I didn't have to wait in line. Oh well. Get to the second window and ended up telling the person at the window twice what I was missing. They had me pull forward to one of the drive thru spots. Obviously, they didn't have my order ready. After that two other cars pulled to drive thru spots waiting for there food as well. Person comes outside with a couple bags of food. Saw him give a bag to the guy behind me then came to my window. He asked what I ordered and I told him two hash browns and one biscuit with cheese. The bag he had wasn't for me. He goes to the third car and walks away without giving them food as well. He goes back to the first car he gave food to only to have the guy give him the bag of food he got back, obviously the wrong order. Guy gets the right order and drives away. Person comes back to my car and asks again what I ordered. I told him again and the food he had wasn't for me. He goes to the other car and gives them their food and they drive off. Guy goes back inside and comes out about five minutes later with my food. Not sure why things were so difficult there. Definitely not going back to that location, Pine...

I still love the dollar cheeseburgers. However... I usually always go through the drive thru. On my visit this time, me and my wife went in to dine while my car was being worked on. One register is open, but there are 3 groups of customers, and the first one was a family of 5. The manager was more concerned about stocking cups than to open another register to get things going. The girl taking orders was very mopey and did not seem to want to be there. It took 15 minutes to get 1 chicken sandwich, 2 filet fish and 2 orders of fries. When my wife went to get ketchup from their condiment section. It was empty. My wife told the cashier that it was empty, she basically grabbed 4 or 5 packets of ketchup and tossed them on our tray because she was annoyed. All the while her manager just kept doing other stuff behind the counter, instead of getting a proper response of maybe they will take care of it. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and, so there really shouldn't of been an empty container of ketchup let alone their terrible non work ethic and the way they seemed very unhappy and disjointed from why they are getting paid to not care or have a genuine pride in their job. The food wasn't reall that great. Fries were stale and cold, and the filet fish was nothing to rave about. It's visits like this that make me think more and more that it's better to save the $22 I spent and just make my own food for less and it will taste a he'll of...
