From the moment we stepped into The Eagle's Nest Restaurant, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff greeted us with heartfelt smiles, making us feel like cherished guests in their home. Our server, Anita, was the epitome of excellence- attentive, knowledgeable, and truly servicial. She guided us through the menu with such enthusiasm and care, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary delights that followed were a testament to the restaurant's commitment to authentic flavors and quality. I indulged in the Ropa Vieja, a traditional Cuban dish featuring tender, shredded beef stewed in a rich, savory sauce. Paired with perfectly cooked Arroz Blanco and flavorful Habichuelas Negras & Amarillos. Each bite transported me to the heart of Cuba, eventhoughInever been. The portions were generous, and the presentation was inviting, reflecting the love and passion infused into every dish. To accompany my meal, I ordered two alcoholic beverages. While the flavors were pleasant, I found them to be somewhat diluted. However, this minor shortcoming was overshadowed by the overall excellence of the dining experience. The ambiance was enhanced by live music, adding a lively yet intimate touch to the evening. The restaurant's decor, featuring captivating murals perfect for selfies, added to the charm and character of the establishment. The Eagle's Nest Restaurant offers a diverse menu that caters to various palates, from Cuban specialties to Black Angus steaks, seafood, and homemade pizzas. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere, coupled with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility, makes it a welcoming destination for all. In conclusion, our visit to The Eagle's Nest Restaurant was a memorable journey of delectable cuisine and heartfelt service. Despite the minor issue with the drinks, the overall experience was top-notch. Anita's exceptional service, the delightful food, and the inviting ambiance have left an indelible mark on our hearts. e eagerly anticipate our next visit to this...
Read moreWe have been looking forward to this restaurant opening. My wife and I had dinner with another couple on the first Saturday. The food was good. Service was horrible. One person even received and finished their meal before the rest of us were served. The music is loud and there is no delineation between the bar and the restaurant tables, making it difficult to hold a conversation. It was also quite expensive. I wanted to give it another chance so a friend and I had breakfast there today. Again the service was horrible. There was only one waitress who was not at all welcoming. There were two other tables seated when we arrived and two seated after us. One table kept getting up looking for their check and the table behind us was openly complaining about the lack of service. It took over 5 minutes to just get a menu. We both ordered iced tea and two eggs and potatoes from from the a la carte menu. We did receive our food quickly once we ordered. My eggs were cooked well, the potatoes were boring. When we received the check we were charged $26. When asked I was told that the a la cart menu was only for additions to a full breakfast; yet we didn’t receive meat or toast. Ridiculous. Two chances are enough. We will not be returning. I’m so disappointed. I don’t see this restaurant remaining...
Read moreFood was Awful! Drove past many time and decided to stop. We ordered two "Specials," Surf & Turf, sirloin and lobster for $48. Medium on the steaks, appetizer and two beers. To start beer was flat but poppers were good. Quit some time has past still no surf&turf,l. We witnessed two other get up and walked out after their pizza was brought out, not know why but could of imagine. Servers didn't blink an eye and pasted the pizza out to the patreon at the bar. This young waitress, who was working so hard too, informed us our food would be out shortly. Puzzled, my wife and I looked at each other and said "Their isn't that many people here, why is it taking so long?" Finally our food shows up. The steak was about 3/8 thick, way over cooked, dry and very tough and the lobster wasn't much different. After we manage to finish meal think we should have went somewhere else the waitress ask if the food was good as if she knew it wasn't. The food was Not good I replied and my wife's look said it all! The young woman apologized claiming they have been having issue in the kitchen. If this was the case, then why advertise such specials at these high prices? Our bill in total was $118 for a 2/10 rating. You be...
