We came in at 7:53 and ordered a pizza to dine in. When it was ready we wanted to sit and eat our pizza, but we were asked to leave at 8:13. We couldn’t even sit and eat because they wanted to do the floors. If you don't want people to stay and eat then say any orders after 7:30 are to go. Now I get cold pizza by the time I get home in 20 minutes. I hope the pizza is better than the staff. I response to your falsehoods. 1. Yes, my wife asked if you were still serving out of respect for the fact that you closed at 8:00pm. You never once said it was only for take out. When she placed the order, she specifically said she would take it in a box so we could eat a few slices and go, because my 7 year old grandson was hungry. When we walked in, there were other diners sitting and eating. With multiple open tables and the chairs down. We even asked the young lady had that started to clean up as we were waiting if it was OK to sit there. And her response was "Oh, it's fine you are the only ones here anyway". As far as being with Pine Island Little League that has no bearing on this review at all. Just a shameful blow to a bad review. We sat in the open jeep, because my wife was on a call and she would not have been able to hear the other person, again no bearing on the review, other than it was 2 minutes that we sat there and still had a 20 minute drive home so regardless the pizza was going to be cold. Once we got home and had cold pizza it sucked anyway. It was soggy, but maybe that was because I had to wait 20 minutes to eat it. I will stop in the next time I am in Pine Island and address this issue as well as show you my military ID, i figured the Marine Corps tattoo was sufficient and even said that I left my wallet at home and if you couldn'tdo it I understood, again a fact you didn't mention. If you wish to respond to a review, please at least be accurate. Sorry, I have not seen your store for 7 years, maybe because I have only been in the area for 4 of those 7, and to be honest I wasn't...

Honestly, tonight was such a disappointment. In times like these, we try to support small businesses when we do go out and when we do go out, we want to have a great meal and great service. We are locals and live on the island and eat here quite often - both dine in and take out. Tonight, the food was 3/5 stars and the service was 0/5 stars. It was truly disappointing! We ordered calamari - no longer fresh, it is frozen rings and terrible flavor. It used to be great big rings and baked to a golden brown - ours were small, not sure you can even call them rings and the breading was white. Extremely fishy. Our pizzas were okay, good flavor but no longer the good thin crust. Wings were great per usual.

Where the big problem was, was the service. We were the only people in the dining room and I’m not sure if they forgot that or what but we waited to be seen, our drinks sat empty on multiple occasions (and were refilled with flat soda - when we asked the girl about it, she said the root beer machine was “broken”). The conversations we heard from the staff was alarming (who’s dating who, who’s sleeping with who, and who’s bringing what drugs to the party after work). We thought the conversations were enough, but nope, someone in the kitchen was BELCHING!!! While we were eating, at a table, in THEIR restaurant. How appetizing! It was awful ambiance. Waited 15 minutes to have the food boxed and get check - once we got the check, took the girl 10 minutes to come back and ring the card. And mind you, it was not busy. We heard walk in customers come in telling them that their phone was “busy” when trying to call in to place a Togo order….. one of the kids in the kitchen said “they are manning two phone lines and doing the best we can.” Let me remind you, it was not busy. We have been here before when it’s busy… tonight was not it.

Not sure if it is the new owners or an off night, but it will be hard to go back. Especially when going out is a treat for us. This was far...

Beware the bi-polar angry little waitress at this place. If her meds happen to wear off in the middle of your dinner, she might just go off on you with a tirade of nasty, unhinged, rude and disrespectful slurs hurled in your direction. I can't believe that the owners of this place, who seem to be trying their best to be successful there, choose to allow this kind of hate-the-customer behavior from this wack-job. I reckon it must be hard to find people to fill these positions these days, and as a business owner you might be forced to take what you can get, warts and all. PIzza is good, but I would highly recommend ordering for take-out, picking up your pizza at their counter and getting the hell out of there. Enter the dining room at your own risk. This mean, foul-mouthed ittle server can unexpectedly, and without provocation, ruin your night-out there. Also, be sure to examine your bill before paying. They slipped in an auto-added gratuity of 25% added to our bill without telling us; probably because they knew that I would not be tipping at all after the rude treatment that I was subjected to. That sneaky little trick is on the management; I understand the idea of adding a gratuity to large parties, but 25% ?!! That's a blatant rip-off. How about 18%, or 20%, as is normal ? In any case we won't be going back there, nor will any of the other 3 couples that were with us and made to witness this unfortunate and completely unnecessary gross display of ugliness....

Pretty simple order, pizza was to have pepperoni and ham lite sauce no oregano. Drive 20 minutes to pick up order. For the money I paid for the overall order which was over $80, I think it should be expected not to have some green leafy items on the pizza. I also am assuming they close at 7 since i can not get a hold of them to get the situation resolved. Almost forgot pizza was cold so over all not a good experience. Exactly how was I taken care of? This happen 2 months ago and I definitely do not recall what any amazing effort being demonstrated the very next day. I do recall what you did say and how you said it which is clearly demonstrated in your recent reply. I can only imagine the condescension you were filled with while typing. Also 99.9%, really? I doubt that is an accurate percentage. I can say that your pizza is 100% the only one I have ever had that had such pieces of basil. I am not saying that other didn't use basil but none have had it the way your pizza did. So I was supposed to post something positive when I didn't have a positive experience. Now 2 months later you decide you need to let me know that those "green leafy things" are called BASIL.

Excellent food, great mom and pop feel to this place. My son and I grabbed a few slices to hold us over, had a couple bites and looked at the menu while in the car and ended up inside ordering a full pizza. The flavor of freshness popped, I dislike most pizza sauce but this was excellent and a compliment to the rest of the pizza, not over bearing. Needless to say we are happy to have found this place so close. Pete and Marie ( I think) were great super friendly and genuine good people.

Went to get 2 slices, for my son and I, we were quite impressed and decided to order a full pizza and sit inside, we ordered the white cheese pizza which was great, fresh and cooked to perfection. The sauce is excellent not to much but enough to get the basil taste. The owners were friendly and really good people, I feel I will be a regular there when in town.
