B&I Eatery — Restaurant in Pine Lawn

Overall great experience. This was my second time getting food there, first time eating in. I was craving catfish and grits and the internet photos said they had it. I called to confirm and we were on our way. It was so yummy and had a creole sauce with sautéed onions on top of the cheesy grits. My catfish was super crispy (almost overcooked but I asked for extra crispy) and not salty at all which really complimented the savory grits. It really hit the spot. My partner had a burger and I had a bite at his urging and I will be back to get one of my own when I’m craving a burger. It was toasty and flavorful. The food is really rich though so it’s definitely something I will only indulge in sparingly. Everything was cooked to order and fresh which is a huge plus for me and worth the wait. Only 3 stars for atmosphere because the was radio playing, tvs were on…I was a little over stimulated! lol. Great family...

We were eating in..Breakfast. We seat ourselves. So it was a few minutes before so came to our table. Not to long.. She went back to get menus..we ordered and asked for water she brought 2 bottles of water and placed them on the table and turned to leave, me excuse me are you giving us this water or are you charging us for it. She says oh we're charging you.$2 each. Me Noooo .. why didn't you inform us of that? Me do you not have glasses of water for your eat in customers. Oh we have water but NO ICE.. Me Ok..but she did put the glasses in the cooler while our food cooked. I think it was $3 if you used a card 🤔 Too Dark Rap Music Loud I'm good 👍 supposed.. there...

I'll be honest and I never play about my food, but they probably have the best pancakes I've ever tried in my life. The ingredients are very fresh, they aren't like these other fast food restaurants that use a microwave to heat up their food. Everything here is made fresh and you can most definitely taste it. Their breakfast items aren't just their bread and butter, because they do have an awesome selection for lunch that I highly recommend. Their Turkey Chop sandwich was definitely something different for me, but such an eye opener on flavor that I wouldn't have expected. Overall 10/10 I...
